Wholesale refrigerator stand manufacturers

When sourcing refrigerator stands, the most critical factor is load-bearing capacity. Ensure the stand is rated for at least 1.5 times the weight of the intended refrigerator to account for food storage. Look for high-grade stainless steel (304 or 201) or thickened PP plastic panels for moisture resistance. For mobile units, prioritize 360-degree rotatable rubber wheels with dual-locking mechanisms to ensure stability and floor protection. Additionally, verify that the adjustable length and width ranges (typically 45cm to 75cm) align with standard appliance dimensions.

B2B buyers should prioritize suppliers who hold ISO 9001 certification for quality management. For stands involving electrical components (like built-in vibration sensors), CE or UL certification is mandatory. Ensure the materials comply with REACH or RoHS standards to guarantee the absence of hazardous substances in the plastic components. Request salt spray test reports for metal parts to verify long-term anti-corrosion performance, especially for use in humid kitchen environments.

Look for stands equipped with anti-skid vibration reduction pads at the corners; these minimize noise and prevent the appliance from shifting during compressor cycles. Height-adjustable feet are essential for leveling appliances on uneven floors, which prevents mechanical strain on the refrigerator. For wholesale orders, choose modular, tool-free assembly designs to reduce packaging volume, thereby lowering international shipping costs and improving the end-user experience.

The main risk is structural failure due to poor welding or thin-walled tubing. To mitigate this, always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to verify that the steel thickness matches the proforma invoice. Another risk is shipping damage; ensure the supplier uses 5-layer corrugated export cartons with internal foam bracing. For secure transactions, utilize Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service to ensure payment is only released after the goods pass quality verification.

Focus on tiered pricing based on container loads (FCL vs. LCL). Suppliers often offer a 10-15% discount when moving from LCL to a full 20GP container. Negotiate for spare parts (2-3% extra wheels and pads) to be included at no cost to handle future warranty claims. If you are a long-term buyer, discuss OEM/ODM branding options, such as laser-etching your logo on the tubes, which adds significant retail value for a minimal increase in unit cost.

Be aware of Anti-Dumping Duties (ADD) that some regions may apply to specific steel products; check your local customs tariff code (HS Code: 7326.90 or 8418.99) before ordering. For shipping, FOB (Free On Board) is generally recommended for experienced buyers to maintain control over freight costs. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (CO) to help you benefit from potential Free Trade Agreement (FTA) duty reductions in your destination country.
