Washing machine trolley manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize load-bearing capacity, typically ranging from 150kg to 500kg depending on the machine type. Ensure the frame is made of high-quality stainless steel tubes or reinforced ABS plastic to prevent corrosion from water exposure. The adjustable range is also critical; look for models that can expand from 45cm to 75cm to accommodate various appliance sizes.

Look for trolleys equipped with 360-degree rotatable wheels with locking brakes to ensure the machine stays stationary during high-speed spin cycles. Additionally, the presence of anti-vibration rubber pads on the corners is essential to reduce noise and prevent the appliance from sliding. For heavy-duty industrial use, verify if the supplier uses double-wheel configurations for better weight distribution.

For international markets, ensure the product meets REACH or RoHS standards for plastic components to guarantee they are free from harmful chemicals. If the trolley includes integrated electrical components (like built-in scales), CE or UL certification is mandatory. Always request a load-test report from the manufacturer to verify their weight capacity claims.

Design varies based on the environment: Residential models focus on aesthetics and floor protection, while commercial/laundry shop models prioritize extreme durability and height for easier drainage. Some trolleys are specifically designed with raised feet (up to 10-15cm) to facilitate cleaning underneath and to protect the machine from moisture-induced rust in damp bathrooms.

Utilize Made-in-China.com's 'Secured Trading Service' to protect your payment until the goods are received. It is highly recommended to hire a third-party inspection agency to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), focusing specifically on the welding quality of the steel tubes and the smoothness of the wheel bearings.

When negotiating, focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Ask for tiered pricing based on volume (e.g., 500 vs. 2000 units) and negotiate for spare parts (like extra wheels or pads) to be included at no cost. For long-term partnerships, request a 1-2 year quality warranty on the structural frame.

Washing machine trolleys are often heavy and bulky. To save on costs, request KD (Knock-Down) packaging to minimize the shipping volume. Ensure the outer cartons are 5-layer corrugated boxes with internal foam edge protectors to prevent the metal tubes from piercing the packaging during transit. For large orders, FOB (Free On Board) is usually more cost-effective for buyers who have their own freight forwarders.

Always verify the supplier's Business License and Export Qualification on the platform. Ensure that the Harmonized System (HS) Code used (typically under 8716.80 for manual carts/trolleys) is correct to avoid customs delays or incorrect duty applications. Keep all communications within the official platform messaging system to maintain a record for potential dispute resolution.
