Mosquito liquid killer manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize the active ingredient concentration, typically Prallethrin or Meperfluthrin (0.8% to 1.2%), which determines the knockdown speed and efficacy. Ensure the solvent is high-purity de-aromatized kerosene to prevent unpleasant odors. Additionally, verify the wick material (usually wood powder or carbon) for stable volatilization and a leak-proof bottle design to prevent chemical exposure during transit.

As a chemical pesticide product, it must comply with EPA registration (USA), HSE/BPR regulations (EU), or local Ministry of Agriculture pesticide registrations. Look for ISO 9001 for manufacturing quality and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for chemical safety. For the electric heater component, CE, RoHS, or UL certification is essential to ensure electrical safety and fire prevention.

Request a Bio-efficacy Test Report from the supplier to confirm the KT50 (Time to knock down 50% of mosquitoes). Safety-wise, ensure the product is labeled as low toxicity and suitable for specific environments (e.g., 'baby-safe' formulations usually have lower concentrations). Conduct a continuous heating test on the vaporizer to ensure the outer shell temperature remains within safe limits (usually <70°C) to prevent burns or fire hazards.

Suppliers on Made-in-China.com typically offer customized scents (e.g., lavender, lemon, or odorless), branded packaging (blister cards or color boxes), and plug type adaptations (EU, US, UK, AU) for the heaters. You can also request variable duration liquids, such as 30-night, 60-night, or 90-night refills, based on your target market's consumer habits.

Mosquito liquid is classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) in many jurisdictions due to its flammable solvent base. You must ensure the supplier provides a UN38.3 equivalent for chemicals or a Certificate for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods. Use sea freight for bulk orders as air freight is often restricted or prohibitively expensive for liquids. Ensure double-sealed packaging to prevent leakage caused by pressure changes during transit.

Negotiate a Quality Assurance Agreement that specifies the active ingredient percentage must remain consistent across batches. Request Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) by third parties like SGS or Intertek. For pricing, aim for a tiered discount structure where the unit price drops by 10-15% when moving from a 20GP to a 40HQ container load.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your funds until the goods are shipped. Avoid direct wire transfers to personal accounts. For first-time orders, utilize Letter of Credit (L/C) or a 30% deposit / 70% balance against B/L copy structure to mitigate financial risk.

Verify the HS Code (typically 3808.91) and ensure all Pesticide Import Permits are ready before the cargo arrives. Failure to provide the MSDS in the local language of the destination country can lead to customs seizures. Work with a freight forwarder experienced in Class 9 or related hazardous materials to avoid delays at the border.
