Mindray bc 10 manufacturers

The Mindray BC-10 is a 3-part differential automated hematology analyzer designed for small labs. It features a throughput of 30 samples per hour and requires a very low sample volume of only 9.0μL for whole blood mode, making it ideal for pediatric and geriatric applications. It utilizes Impedance method for WBC, RBC, and PLT counting and a cyanide-free reagent for Hemoglobin testing, ensuring both high precision and environmental safety.

As a medical diagnostic device, the Mindray BC-10 must adhere to strict international standards. Buyers should verify CE Marking for European market access and FDA clearance for the US. Additionally, ensure the manufacturer holds ISO 13485 (Medical devices — Quality management systems) and ISO 9001 certifications. For cross-border trade, request the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and relevant IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) directives documentation.

The device is known for its compact footprint, saving valuable bench space. It operates best in temperatures between 15°C and 30°C with a humidity range of 30% to 85%. It is crucial to ensure a stable power supply (100V-240V) and use a Voltage Stabilizer or UPS to prevent data loss or hardware damage during power fluctuations. The system supports LIS (Laboratory Information System) bi-directional integration via HL7 protocol for seamless data management.

The BC-10 uses a two-reagent system (Diluent and Lyse) with low consumption rates. When sourcing, evaluate the cost per test rather than just the machine price. Using original Mindray reagents is highly recommended to maintain the 10,000-result storage capacity accuracy and prevent clogging of the fluidic system. Check if the supplier offers reagent volume discounts for bulk annual contracts.

Always conduct a Supplier Audit or request a Verified Supplier report on Made-in-China.com. Use Escrow payment services or Letters of Credit (L/C) to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. For high-value medical electronics, insist on Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) by third parties like SGS or Intertek to verify the unit's serial number and functional status.

The BC-10 contains sensitive optical and fluidic components. It must be shipped in double-walled corrugated boxes with customized foam inserts or wooden crates for sea freight. Ensure the package is marked with 'Fragile,' 'Keep Dry,' and 'This Side Up' symbols. For international transit, it is mandatory to include a Battery Declaration if the internal clock battery is lithium-based, and choose CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms to cover potential transit damage.

Focus on After-Sales Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Negotiate for a warranty period of at least 12-24 months and ask for a spare parts kit (e.g., tubing, filters, syringes) to be included in the initial purchase. Inquire about technical training videos or remote installation support, as physical technician visits are costly in cross-border scenarios. For volume orders, aim for a 10-15% discount on the MSRP.

Medical devices often require a Medical Device Import License or registration with your local Ministry of Health. Ensure the supplier provides a detailed Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin. The HS Code for hematology analyzers (typically 9027.80) must be accurately declared to avoid delays or fines. Consult with a licensed customs broker who specializes in medical equipment before the goods depart the origin port.
