Fogger machines manufacturers

When sourcing fogger machines, you must evaluate the droplet size (measured in microns). For disinfection, ULV (Ultra-Low Volume) cold foggers producing droplets between 10-50 microns are ideal as they allow the solution to remain airborne longer. Additionally, check the tank capacity (typically 5L to 15L) and the spray range (horizontal reach of 6-10 meters) to ensure it meets the operational scale of your client's facility.

Thermal Foggers use heat to vaporize the liquid, creating a thick, visible smoke ideal for outdoor pest control and large-scale agricultural applications. In contrast, ULV Cold Foggers use high-pressure, low-volume air to atomize liquid without heat, making them the preferred choice for indoor disinfection, odor control, and greenhouse applications where heat-sensitive chemicals are used.

For the European market, ensure the product carries the CE Marking and complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. For the North American market, UL or ETL listing is critical for electrical safety. Furthermore, since these machines often handle chemicals, verify that the materials used (such as the tank and hoses) are corrosion-resistant (e.g., high-density polyethylene) to prevent leaks and ensure long-term safety.

The most critical maintenance step is flushing the system with clean water after every use to prevent chemical crystallization in the nozzle. Buyers should prioritize suppliers that provide replaceable nozzles and air filters. High-quality units should have a service life of at least 2-3 years with regular maintenance of the motor brushes and seals.

Request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) conducted by a third party. Specifically, ask for a Hi-Pot test (High Potential test) to check electrical insulation and a functional spray test on at least 5% of the batch. On Made-in-China.com, you can look for Audited Suppliers who have already undergone verified onsite inspections of their manufacturing processes.

Negotiate based on component quality rather than just the final price; for example, specify the use of pure copper motors instead of copper-clad aluminum. For initial orders, aim for an MOQ of 10-50 units to test market response. You can often secure a 5-10% discount by committing to a seasonal forecast or by using Secured Trading Services to guarantee payment release only upon successful delivery.

If sourcing cordless models, the batteries must comply with UN38.3 certification for air and sea transport. Ensure the supplier provides the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). For shipping to countries with strict customs, ensure the HS Code (typically 8424.89) is correctly declared to avoid delays or misclassification duties.

Always use escrow-based payment systems provided by professional B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the warranty period (minimum 12 months) and the specific remedy for DOA (Dead on Arrival) units, such as free replacement parts or credit on the next order.
