Bendiocarb manufacturers

Bendiocarb is a carbamate insecticide primarily used for pest control. Buyers should prioritize Technical Grade (TC) with a purity of ≥95% or ≥98% depending on the application. For formulated products, common concentrations include 80% WP (Wettable Powder) or 20% SC (Suspension Concentrate). It is critical to verify the CAS No. 22781-23-3 and ensure the chemical stability meets FAO/WHO specifications to guarantee efficacy against target pests like mosquitoes, ants, and cockroaches.

As a hazardous chemical, Bendiocarb must be accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS) compliant with GHS standards. Suppliers should provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch. Depending on the destination country, you may need EPA registration (USA), REACH compliance (EU), or specific pesticide import permits from the local Ministry of Agriculture. Ensure the supplier is an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified manufacturer to guarantee quality consistency and environmental responsibility.

Bendiocarb is sensitive to moisture and heat. Bulk technical powder should be packed in UN-approved fiber drums (25kg) with double-layer PE inner bags. Formulated products require fluorinated HDPE bottles or multi-layer aluminum foil bags to prevent leakage and degradation. Storage must be in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, away from food, feed, and children, maintaining temperatures below 30°C to prevent the active ingredient from decomposing.

Bendiocarb is classified under UN 2757 (Carbamate pesticides, solid, toxic). It must be shipped as Dangerous Goods (DG), requiring a Dangerous Goods Declaration and specialized Class 6.1 toxic substance handling. You must ensure the supplier provides a 'Certificate for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods' to avoid customs seizures or shipping delays. Always use reputable freight forwarders experienced in chemical logistics.

To ensure transaction security, utilize Trade Assurance services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. Conduct a factory audit or hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify the quantity and quality. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always use official corporate bank accounts verified by the platform.

Given the volatility of raw material costs in the chemical industry, negotiate a formula-based pricing model linked to market indices or lock in prices for 6-12 months through a framework agreement. Request tiered pricing based on volume (e.g., 500kg vs. 5 tons) and ask for free samples (50g-100g) for lab testing before committing to a full container load. Ensure the contract clearly defines liability for non-compliance with purity standards.
