Xy150zk for sale manufacturers

The Xy150zk is typically powered by a 150cc air-cooled or water-cooled 4-stroke engine. Buyers must verify the engine displacement (149.5ml), maximum power output (usually 8.0-9.0 kW), and fuel consumption rates. For cargo versions, pay close attention to the cargo box dimensions (e.g., 1.7m x 1.2m) and the rated load capacity, which should ideally be between 500kg to 1000kg depending on the chassis reinforcement.

Compliance varies by region. For the European market, the vehicle must meet Euro 4 or Euro 5 emission standards and possess EEC/COC certification. For the African and South American markets, ISO 9001:2015 and SONCAP (for Nigeria) or SABS (for South Africa) are often required. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to benefit from potential tariff preferences under trade agreements.

Prioritize units with a reinforced deep-groove chassis and heavy-duty leaf spring suspension (typically 5 to 7 layers) to handle rough terrain. Safety-wise, verify the braking system type (mechanical drum or hydraulic disc) and ensure the presence of a parking brake. The use of electrophoretic paint (e-coat) is critical to prevent rust in humid or coastal environments.

Reliable suppliers on Made-in-China.com should offer OEM/ODM services. This includes options for closed cabins vs. open seats, hydraulic tipping systems for cargo unloading, and specialized tire treads for off-road use. You should also request custom branding/logo placement and specific color schemes to align with your local market identity.

To minimize costs, the Xy150zk is usually shipped in CKD (Completely Knocked Down) or SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) kits. A 40HQ container can typically hold 40-50 units in CKD format, significantly reducing the freight cost per unit compared to CBU (Completely Built Up) shipping. Ensure your local facility has the technical capacity for final assembly.

Always utilize secure payment terms such as Letter of Credit (L/C) or Trade Terms via Made-in-China.com's secured systems. Before full payment, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Bureau Veritas) to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify that the engine numbers and build quality match the Proforma Invoice.

The most common issue is a mismatch between the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on the physical frame and the Bill of Lading or Packing List. Ensure the supplier provides a clear Engine and Frame Number List before the vessel departs to avoid lengthy customs clearance delays and high demurrage fees at the destination port.

Negotiate a 1% to 2% free-of-charge (FOC) spare parts package (including filters, cables, and spark plugs) with your bulk order. Ensure the supplier provides technical assembly manuals and wiring diagrams in English. Establishing a long-term partnership with a verified manufacturer on Made-in-China.com ensures a steady supply of proprietary components like body panels and gearboxes.
