Wholesale sex tools manufacturers

B2B buyers must prioritize medical-grade silicone, non-porous TPE/TPR, and borosilicate glass. It is critical to ensure products are phthalate-free and BPA-free. You should request RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH compliance certificates to ensure the materials do not contain harmful chemicals that could be absorbed by the skin.

For battery-operated or rechargeable devices, products must have CE (Europe), FCC (USA), or UKCA (UK) markings. Furthermore, ensure the lithium batteries have UN38.3 certification and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for safe international transport. IPX7 waterproofing is a high-value functional standard that should be verified through testing reports.

Request a noise level test (ideally below 50dB) and battery cycle life data. For motorized items, a continuous operation test of at least 4 hours is recommended. Professional buyers on Made-in-China.com often request Gold Series or Audited Suppliers to ensure the factory has a verified ISO 9001 quality management system.

Products should feature discreet, neutral outer packaging to protect consumer privacy. However, the inner packaging must include multi-language manuals, clear ingredient lists for lubricants or materials, and legal disclaimers. Ensure the EAN/UPC barcodes are correctly applied for retail readiness.

Customs policies for adult products vary significantly by region. You must verify the legality of specific designs in your target market (e.g., some Middle Eastern or Southeast Asian countries have strict prohibitions). Use accurate HS Codes (typically under 9503 or 9019) and ensure all documentation avoids provocative imagery to prevent customs seizure.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume and ask for OEM/ODM customization capabilities. Negotiate for a lower MOQ on trial orders to test market response. Always insist on a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third party to ensure the bulk production matches the approved sample.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your funds until delivery is confirmed. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. For large orders, consider a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment structure against the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Since many sex tools contain lithium batteries, they are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) in air freight. You should work with freight forwarders experienced in DG handling or opt for sea freight for better cost-efficiency. Ensure the supplier provides proper battery insulation to prevent accidental activation during transit.
