Wholesale corner bathroom cabinet manufacturers

For long-term durability, prioritize Solid Wood (Oak or Rubberwood) with waterproof coatings or High-Quality PVC/MDF with Melamine finish. Ensure the boards meet E1 or E0 formaldehyde emission standards for environmental safety. For hardware, specify 304 Stainless Steel hinges and drawer slides with soft-close mechanisms to prevent rust and noise in humid bathroom conditions.

Corner cabinets must maximize 'dead space.' Look for 90-degree right-angle designs that fit flush against walls. Request details on internal shelving configurations, such as adjustable heights or rotating carousels. For wholesale, ensure the dimensions (e.g., 600mm vs 800mm width) align with standard plumbing layouts in your target market to avoid installation conflicts.

Verify that the manufacturer holds ISO 9001 for quality management. For the North American market, look for CUPC certification for integrated basins and CARB P2 compliance for wood products. For the EU, ensure CE marking and REACH compliance for paints and adhesives. Always request a Salt Spray Test report for metal components to guarantee corrosion resistance.

The most common choice is Ceramic with a high-gloss glaze, which is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. Artificial Stone (Solid Surface) offers a modern, seamless look and can be repaired if scratched, though it is generally more expensive. For budget-friendly wholesale orders, Resin basins are lightweight and reduce shipping costs but may yellow over time if not UV-stabilized.

Bathroom cabinets are fragile, especially those with ceramic basins or mirrors. Insist on 5-layer corrugated export cartons with honeycomb board or EPE foam corner protectors. For LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, require wooden crates or palletization. Conduct a Drop Test (ISTA 1A or 3A) before the goods leave the factory to ensure packaging integrity.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for example, a 40HQ container should yield a 15-25% discount compared to LCL orders. Negotiate for 1-2% spare parts (like extra hinges, handles, or mirror clips) to be included free of charge. Use Trade Messenger to document all technical specifications and lead time commitments to serve as evidence for trade assurance.

Always check the 'Audited Supplier' status on Made-in-China.com, which indicates the factory has been verified by third-party agencies like SGS or Bureau Veritas. Utilize Secured Trading Services to ensure payment is only released after the goods have passed inspection. Avoid transferring funds to private bank accounts; always use the company's official corporate account.

Calculate the Volumetric Weight vs. actual weight, as furniture often incurs high freight costs due to size. For large wholesale orders, FOB (Free On Board) is recommended so you can control the shipping route and costs via your own forwarder. Ensure the supplier provides a detailed Packing List and Commercial Invoice that matches the HS Code for 'Wooden Furniture of a kind used in the bathroom' to avoid customs delays.
