Wholesale blank soccer jersey manufacturers

Focus on 100% Polyester Interlock or Birdseye Mesh fabrics, as these provide the necessary moisture-wicking (Dri-Fit) capabilities and breathability for athletic use. Ensure the fabric weight is between 140gsm and 180gsm to balance durability with lightweight comfort. Additionally, verify that the jerseys feature reinforced double-stitched seams to prevent tearing during high-intensity physical contact.

For sublimation printing, you must ensure the jersey has a high polyester content (at least 90-100%) and is a light color (preferably white) for vibrant color reproduction. If you plan to use heat transfer vinyl (HTV) or screen printing, confirm the fabric surface is smooth and treated to resist scorching. Always request a pre-production sample to test your specific printing equipment on the fabric.

Suppliers should provide OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification to guarantee the absence of harmful substances in the textiles. For jerseys intended for the US market, compliance with CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) is mandatory, especially regarding lead content in dyes and small parts. For the EU, ensure adherence to REACH regulations.

Soccer jersey sizing varies significantly between Asian, European, and American scales. You should request a detailed size chart (in cm/inches) and confirm if the cut is a 'Slim Fit' (athletic) or 'Regular Fit'. Professional B2B buyers often provide their own tech packs to the manufacturer to ensure consistency across their entire inventory.

Utilize Third-Party Inspection services (such as SGS or Intertek) to conduct a During Production Check (DUPRO) or a Final Random Inspection (FRI) before the balance payment is made. On platforms like Made-in-China.com, look for 'Audited Suppliers' who have had their manufacturing capabilities and facilities verified by independent experts.

Start by asking for a tiered pricing structure (e.g., 500, 1,000, and 5,000 units) to understand the supplier's economies of scale. If you are a startup, negotiate a lower MOQ for the initial 'test' order by agreeing to use stock fabric colors (like black, white, or navy) which reduces the supplier's material waste.

For orders under 100kg, Air Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) is fastest but expensive. For bulk wholesale orders, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical, though it requires a longer lead time (30-45 days). Consider DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms if you want the supplier to handle all customs clearance and import duties, simplifying the process for the buyer.

Always conduct payments through secured channels provided by reputable B2B platforms. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Use Escrow-based payment services where the funds are only released to the supplier once you confirm receipt and inspection of the goods, ensuring your capital is protected against non-delivery.
