Vegetable trolley bag manufacturers

For the bag itself, prioritize 600D or 900D Oxford cloth with a waterproof PVC or PE coating to ensure durability and easy cleaning. The frame should ideally be made of lightweight aluminum alloy or powder-coated steel tubing with a diameter of at least 16mm to support heavy loads. For the wheels, EVA foam wheels offer a silent ride, while tri-wheels (stair-climber design) are essential for buyers targeting urban markets with walk-up apartments.

Request a static load test report and a dynamic drop test report. A high-quality vegetable trolley should handle a static load of 30-50kg and a dynamic load of 15-25kg without frame deformation. Ensure the base plate is reinforced with PP plastic or a metal grid to prevent the bag from sagging or touching the wheels during transport.

If exporting to the EU, the materials must comply with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) to ensure no harmful phthalates are present in the plastic or fabric. For the US market, ensure compliance with California Proposition 65. Additionally, if the bag features an insulated compartment, it should meet Food Grade Contact standards for the inner lining (e.g., FDA-approved PEVA).

Look for foldable designs that reduce shipping volume and storage space. Features like insulated inner linings for fresh produce, ergonomic handles with EVA grips, and reflective strips for night safety significantly increase marketability. For high-end markets, detachable bags that can be used as standalone tote bags provide excellent versatility.

Vegetable trolleys are 'volumetric' goods. To minimize costs, source knock-down (KD) packaging where wheels and frames are detached, allowing for a higher container loadability. Use Made-in-China.com's logistics services to compare LCL (Less than Container Load) vs. FCL (Full Container Load) rates, as shipping fully assembled units can triple your freight expenses.

The primary risk is material substitution (e.g., using thinner steel or lower-grade fabric than the sample). To mitigate this, use Trade Resources and secure transactions through Escrow-based payment systems. Always hire a third-party inspection service (like V-Trust or SGS) to perform a During Production Check (DUPRO) and a Final Random Inspection (FRI) before the balance payment is made.

Standard MOQs are usually 500-1000 units for custom colors. If you are a startup, negotiate for stock items where you can print a custom logo (Silk-screen or Heat transfer) with an MOQ as low as 100 units. For large-scale buyers, negotiate tiered pricing based on annual volume rather than single-order quantity to secure the best long-term rates.

Always verify the supplier's Business License and Export License on Made-in-China.com. Ensure the bank account name matches the company name on the Proforma Invoice. Avoid paying via private accounts. For first-time orders, utilize Audit Reports provided by the platform to confirm the factory's physical existence and production capacity.
