Trolly bag manufacturers

For Hard-Shell bags, prioritize 100% Polycarbonate (PC) for its impact resistance and flexibility, or Aluminum-Magnesium alloy for maximum durability and security. Avoid low-grade ABS unless targeting the budget market. For Soft-Shell bags, look for Ballistic Nylon or High-Denier Polyester (1680D or higher) to ensure superior tear resistance and water repellency.

Focus on the Wheel System and Telescopic Handle. Ensure the bag uses 360-degree dual-spinner wheels with TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) coating for silent and smooth movement. The handle should be made of aircraft-grade aluminum with multiple locking stages and minimal 'wobble' (less than 10mm of play) to prevent structural failure under heavy loads.

Ensure products meet REACH or RoHS standards for chemical safety in linings and plastics, especially for the EU market. For the US, compliance with California Proposition 65 is essential. If the bag includes integrated power banks, it must have UN38.3, MSDS, and CE/FCC certifications to comply with airline safety regulations.

Specify YKK or SBS brand explosion-proof zippers, which feature double-layer teeth to prevent forced entry via pens or sharp objects. For security, ensure the bag is equipped with a TSA-approved integrated combination lock, allowing customs officers to inspect the bag without damaging the locking mechanism.

Utilize 'Nesting' packaging strategies, where smaller bags (e.g., 20") are placed inside larger ones (24" and 28"). This significantly reduces volumetric weight and shipping costs. When sourcing from Made-in-China.com, negotiate FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain better control over your freight forwarder and local logistics costs.

The primary risk is material substitution (e.g., using recycled ABS instead of virgin PC). To prevent this, request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third party like SGS or Intertek. Ensure the Sales Contract explicitly states the material grade and includes a penalty clause for non-compliance with the approved golden sample.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after the goods have been shipped and verified. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always pay to the verified corporate account listed on the supplier's profile.

Verify the HS Code (typically 4202.12) for your specific bag material to calculate accurate import duties. Be aware of Anti-Dumping duties that may apply to specific luggage categories in certain regions. Consult with a licensed customs broker to ensure all Certificate of Origin documents are correctly filed to leverage any applicable trade agreements.
