Trigger sprayers manufacturers

When sourcing for industrial applications, prioritize chemical compatibility. Ensure the internal components, especially the gasket and O-ring, are made of materials like Viton or EPDM to resist harsh chemicals. The output per stroke (typically ranging from 0.7ml to 1.5ml) should be matched to the intended use case. Additionally, verify the neck finish size (e.g., 28/400, 28/410, or 28/415) to ensure a leak-proof seal with your specific bottle inventory.

Request a cycle test report from the supplier; high-quality sprayers should withstand at least 3,000 to 5,000 continuous actuations without failure. You should also perform a leakage test by filling a bottle, attaching the sprayer, and placing it upside down for 24 hours. Check for nozzle versatility, ensuring the 'off-stream-spray' functions are distinct and the shroud design is ergonomic for long-term user comfort.

For products entering the EU, compliance with REACH and RoHS is mandatory to ensure no hazardous substances are present in the plastic. If the sprayers are used for food-grade liquids, they must meet FDA (US) or EC 1935/2004 (EU) standards. For household safety, look for Child-Resistant (CR) locking mechanisms that comply with ISO 8317 or local safety regulations.

All-plastic trigger sprayers utilize a plastic spring or bellows, making the entire unit 100% recyclable and compatible with the circular economy. They eliminate the risk of metal oxidation or rusting when used with water-based or corrosive liquids, ensuring the purity of the contents and extending the product's shelf life.

Leakage is the most common risk in liquid packaging. Require the supplier to use vented or non-vented liners based on the liquid's volatility. Ensure the torque settings during assembly are standardized. For shipping, request double-wall corrugated export cartons and palletization with shrink wrap to prevent crushing, which can trigger the spray mechanism accidentally.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for trigger sprayers, price breaks often occur at 10,000, 50,000, and 100,000 units. Negotiate for custom color matching (Pantone) at no extra cost for large volumes. Always request a pre-production sample for final sign-off and use Trade Resources or inspection services provided by the platform to verify the supplier's factory capacity and ISO certifications.

Trigger sprayers are lightweight but high-volume (high 'dim weight'). To optimize costs, use Sea Freight (FCL or LCL) rather than air. Ensure the HS Code (typically 8424.89) is correctly declared to avoid customs delays. If shipping to the US, be aware of Section 301 tariffs if applicable, and consider DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms if you do not have a local customs broker.

Utilize the Secured Trading Service on Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released after the goods have been shipped and verified. Conduct a third-party factory audit to confirm the supplier is a manufacturer and not a middleman, and always insist on a detailed Proforma Invoice (PI) that specifies material grades, lead times, and defect rate tolerances (ideally below 1.5%).
