Tatsuno fuel dispenser pump price manufacturers

When sourcing fuel dispensers, you must prioritize the flow rate capacity, typically ranging from 40-60L/min for standard vehicles to 70-90L/min for heavy-duty trucks. Ensure the unit features a high-precision flow meter (accuracy error ≤ ±0.2%) and a Tatsuno-style gear pump or submersible pump configuration. The electronic controller should support multi-protocol communication (like RS485 or Pulse) to ensure compatibility with your existing Station Management System (SMS).

Safety is paramount in hazardous environments. The equipment must carry ATEX or IECEx explosion-proof certification for the motor and electronic components. Additionally, look for OIML R117/118 international metrology standards to ensure legal trade compliance. For specific markets, verify if the supplier provides UL (Americas) or CE (Europe) marking, and ensure the dispenser includes an emergency shut-off valve and breakaway couplings to prevent fuel leakage during accidents.

The 'Tatsuno-type' refers to a specific hydraulic design known for durability. Choosing a pump with a built-in air eliminator and suction strainer will significantly extend the lifespan of the flow meter. While stainless steel housing increases the initial price, it is essential for coastal or high-humidity regions to prevent corrosion. Investing in solenoid valves with two-stage shut-off capabilities will improve fueling precision and reduce mechanical wear over time.

Yes, professional B2B suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer dispensers that support IC card readers, RFID tag fueling, and QR code payment integration. Ensure the supplier provides the SDK or API documentation for their mainboard. This allows for real-time data monitoring of fuel levels, sales reports, and tank gauging integration, which is critical for modern unmanned or automated gas stations.

The biggest risk is metrological non-compliance, where the pump does not meet local weights and measures regulations. To mitigate this, request a calibration video and a third-party inspection report (such as SGS or Intertek) before final payment. Another risk is shipping damage to sensitive electronics; ensure the contract specifies IP55-rated protection and vacuum-sealed wooden crate packaging for sea freight.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for a spare parts kit (including seals, nozzles, and filters) to be included in the initial bulk price, which can save 10-15% in maintenance costs. For orders exceeding 5 units, aim for a volume discount of 5-8%, and always use Trade Terms like FOB or CIF to clearly define where the risk transfers during transit.

Always conduct transactions through secured payment channels provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure payment safety. Utilize Escrow services where funds are only released upon proof of Bill of Lading (B/L). For first-time buyers, it is highly recommended to hire a local auditor to perform a factory audit to verify the supplier's production capacity and explosion-proof testing facilities.

Fuel dispensers are heavy and contain sensitive electronics. You must ensure the shipping agent is experienced in Oversized or Industrial Equipment logistics. Verify the HS Code (typically 841311) to confirm import tariffs in your country. If the dispenser has been factory-tested with fuel, it must be thoroughly drained and cleaned to avoid being classified as 'Hazardous Goods' during air or sea transit, which significantly increases shipping costs.
