Sex vibrating egg manufacturers

B2B buyers must ensure products are made of medical-grade silicone or body-safe ABS plastic. It is critical to verify that the materials are phthalate-free, non-porous, and hypoallergenic. Request ROHS and REACH certification reports to ensure compliance with chemical safety standards for skin-contact products.

Focus on the motor quality and noise levels (ideally below 50dB for discretion). For rechargeable models, prioritize lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of at least 200mAh, providing over 60 minutes of continuous use. Ensure the product has an IPX7 waterproof rating, allowing for easy cleaning and use in versatile environments.

If the product features remote control, verify the effective range (typically 10-15 meters). For App-controlled versions, ensure the supplier provides stable software support and data privacy encryption. Test the vibration patterns; a high-quality sourcing choice should offer at least 7 to 10 distinct frequency modes.

For the US market, ensure the supplier is FDA registered and the product meets FCC requirements for wireless devices. For the EU, CE marking and WEEE (for electronic waste) are mandatory. Always check if the battery has UN38.3 and MSDS reports to facilitate legal international logistics.

Utilize secure payment methods and consider third-party inspection services before final payment. On Made-in-China.com, look for Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site verification by independent agencies like SGS or Intertek to ensure the factory's legitimacy and production capacity.

Vibrating eggs contain lithium batteries, which are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. You must ensure the supplier provides proper hazardous goods packaging and the necessary MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). Choose freight forwarders experienced in battery-inclusive electronics to avoid customs seizures or airline rejections.

Negotiate for neutral outer packaging (plain brown boxes) that does not indicate the contents to protect consumer privacy. For OEM orders, ensure the MOQ for custom color boxes is clearly defined (usually 1,000+ units) and that all user manuals are professionally translated into the target market's language.

Do not negotiate on price alone at the expense of material safety. Instead, leverage volume-based pricing; for example, aim for a 10-20% discount when moving from sample sizes to 1,000+ unit orders. Discuss long-term partnership rebates or requesting the supplier to include a percentage of spare units (1-2%) to cover potential defective items.
