Sequential kit lpg cng manufacturers

A professional-grade sequential kit must include a high-speed Electronic Control Unit (ECU) with a 32-bit processor for real-time fuel mapping. Ensure the Injectors have a low response time (typically <2.5ms) to match the engine's original timing. The Reducer (Regulator) must be rated for the specific engine horsepower (HP) to prevent pressure drops during high acceleration. Additionally, the Map Sensor should provide high-precision vacuum and pressure readings for optimal air-fuel ratio adjustment.

For global trade, the most critical certification is ECE R110 for CNG components and ECE R67-01 for LPG components. These ensure the hardware can withstand high pressure and thermal stress. For the North American market, look for UL or CSA certifications. Buyers should also verify that the supplier provides ISO 15500 compliant high-pressure pipes and fittings to prevent gas leakage and ensure passenger safety.

The ECU software should be user-friendly and multi-lingual, supporting standard OBDII (On-Board Diagnostics) protocols for seamless integration with modern vehicle computers. Prioritize suppliers who offer free firmware updates and provide the calibration interface (USB to TTL cables). Compatibility with various vehicle brands (Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, etc.) is essential for distributors to minimize inventory complexity.

Top-tier reducers should have a service life of at least 100,000 kilometers before requiring a diaphragm replacement. Injectors should be tested for 100 million cycles. Sourcing from manufacturers who use fluorinated rubber (Viton) for seals is recommended, as it offers superior resistance to the chemical additives found in low-quality gas fuels.

The biggest risk is Customs Clearance failure due to lack of pressure vessel certifications. Always ensure the Pressure Test Reports are included in the shipping documents. Another risk is Counterfeit Chips in the ECU; always verify that the supplier uses genuine automotive-grade semiconductors (like STMicroelectronics) to avoid high failure rates in extreme temperatures.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on annual volume rather than a single order. Request a Sample Kit for bench testing before committing to a container load. Negotiate for 2-5% spare parts (injectors, filters, sensors) to be included free of charge to handle local warranty claims, which reduces your return shipping costs.

While the kits do not contain gas during shipping, the Reducers and ECU are sensitive to moisture and vibration. Ensure the supplier uses Anti-static packaging for electronics and Vacuum-sealed bags for mechanical parts. For sea freight, specify FCL (Full Container Load) if possible to reduce handling damage, or ensure heavy pallets are placed at the bottom to prevent crushing.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. For large-scale enterprise orders, consider using a Letter of Credit (L/C) and hiring a Third-Party Inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to verify the quantity and technical specifications match the Proforma Invoice.
