Refrigerator stand manufacturers

When sourcing refrigerator stands, the most critical factor is the load-bearing capacity, which should typically range from 300kg to 500kg for standard household units. Look for stands constructed with thickened stainless steel tubes and high-strength plastic panels (PP/ABS). Ensure the stand features adjustable dimensions (length and width) to accommodate various appliance sizes, and prioritize models with anti-vibration rubber pads to reduce noise and prevent floor damage.

Stability is ensured through locking mechanisms on the wheels (swivel casters) and adjustable fixed feet. A high-quality stand should have at least 4 to 8 adjustable feet to level the appliance on uneven surfaces. Verify that the product has undergone stress tests and check for anti-slip textures on the surface panels to prevent the refrigerator from shifting during compressor cycles or door openings.

For the European market, ensure materials comply with REACH and RoHS standards to guarantee the absence of hazardous substances in the plastic components. For North America, look for UL or Intertek testing reports regarding structural integrity. Additionally, sourcing from manufacturers with ISO 9001 certification ensures consistent production quality and standardized quality control processes.

Beyond standard refrigerators, these stands are widely used for washing machines, dryers, and heavy air conditioning units. Functional variations include multi-functional bases with built-in spirit levels for easy installation and height-adjustable models that facilitate cleaning underneath the appliance, which is a significant selling point for hygiene-conscious consumers.

Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) or use a third-party inspection service to verify the material thickness and load capacity before the balance payment. When sourcing via Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site verification. Requesting a production sample is essential to confirm that the plastic density and metal gauge meet your specifications.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for instance, aim for a 15-20% discount when moving from a trial order to a full container load (FCL). Negotiate for customized packaging (OEM) to ensure the retail box is sturdy enough for individual courier shipping (drop-testing), which reduces your local return rates. Discuss spare parts allocation (e.g., 1-2% extra wheels or pads) to handle minor after-sales issues.

Refrigerator stands are relatively heavy and dense, making them ideal for sea freight (LCL or FCL) to keep unit costs low. Ensure the supplier uses high-density corrugated export cartons with internal padding to prevent the plastic corners from cracking during transit. For shipping to countries with strict customs, ensure the HS Code (typically 7326.90 or 3926.90) is correctly declared to avoid tariff disputes.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by professional platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure your funds are only released after proof of shipment. Avoid direct transfers to private bank accounts. Ensure all technical requirements, including maximum weight limit and material grade, are clearly documented in the Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice to provide legal recourse in case of disputes.
