Record ultrasonic cleaner manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize ultrasonic frequency, typically ranging from 35kHz to 40kHz, as this provides the optimal balance between cleaning power and the safety of delicate vinyl grooves. Ensure the unit features a high-quality transducer for consistent cavitation. The tank capacity should be at least 6 liters to accommodate standard 12-inch records, and the motorized rotation bracket must support adjustable speeds (ideally 0.5 to 5 RPM) to ensure even cleaning without label damage.

Insist on SUS304 stainless steel for the inner tank to prevent corrosion from cleaning solutions. The exterior should be fingerprint-resistant or powder-coated for industrial longevity. Check for integrated drainage valves which are essential for high-volume commercial use. For the record bracket, anodized aluminum is preferred over plastic for better stability and resistance to warping under heat.

To ensure market access and operational safety, the product must carry CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. For the North American market, UL or ETL listing is highly recommended. Verify that the device includes overheat protection and an automatic shut-off timer, as these features prevent damage to both the machine and the high-value vinyl records during extended cleaning cycles.

A professional unit must include a heating function (adjustable up to 60°C) to help dissolve stubborn contaminants, though records should typically be cleaned at 30-35°C. A Degas mode is a critical value-add, as it removes air bubbles from the liquid, significantly increasing cleaning efficiency. Additionally, ensure the bracket includes waterproof labels protectors (silicone gaskets) to prevent moisture from ruining the record centers.

Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) or a third-party factory audit. Utilize platforms like Made-in-China.com to verify the supplier's 'Audit Reports' and business license. Before placing a bulk order, purchase a functional sample to test the motor torque and ultrasonic intensity. Ensure the contract specifies a defect rate of less than 1% with clear clauses for replacements or refunds.

For Record Ultrasonic Cleaners, MOQs typically range from 5 to 20 units. You can negotiate a lower unit price by committing to a staggered annual volume. Ask for 'SKD' (Semi-Knocked Down) shipping if you have local assembly capabilities to reduce import duties. Always request 2-3% spare parts (such as extra fuses, gaskets, or motors) to be included free of charge in the initial container.

Ultrasonic cleaners contain sensitive transducers that can be damaged by heavy vibration. Specify double-walled corrugated boxes with custom-fit EPE foam packaging. For sea freight, ensure the use of desiccant silica gel packs inside the polybags to prevent humidity-induced oxidation of the internal circuitry. If shipping to the US or EU, confirm the HS Code (typically 8479.89) to accurately calculate customs duties.

Use Secured Payment services provided by reputable B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of delivery. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. For large orders, utilize Letter of Credit (L/C) or a 30% deposit / 70% balance against Bill of Lading (B/L) structure to maintain financial leverage until the goods are shipped.
