Rc bait boat with fish finder manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize dual-motor systems for better stability and a load capacity of at least 1.5kg to 2kg per hopper. Ensure the remote control uses 2.4GHz frequency technology to prevent signal interference and provides a control range of 300-500 meters. For the battery, look for high-capacity Lithium batteries (5200mAh or 12000mAh) that offer at least 2-4 hours of continuous operation.

The fish finder should feature a high-resolution LCD screen (color preferred) with a sonar frequency of 125kHz. It must accurately detect water depth (up to 30m+), water temperature, and fish size/position. Ensure the sonar sensor has a wide detection angle (45 to 90 degrees) to cover a larger area under the boat.

Professional buyers should look for GPS Auto-Pilot systems that allow for multiple waypoint storage (e.g., 16-40 points). A critical safety feature is the Auto-Return function, which triggers if the battery is low or the signal is lost. Additionally, built-in night navigation lights are mandatory for low-light fishing scenarios.

For the US market, the device must have FCC certification for radio frequency equipment. For the EU, CE marking and RoHS compliance (for hazardous substances) are required. The batteries must have UN38.3 and MSDS reports to ensure they are safe for international shipping and air transport.

The biggest risk involves Lithium battery shipping regulations. Batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. Ensure your supplier provides proper UN-rated packaging and works with forwarders experienced in DG (Dangerous Goods) handling to avoid customs seizures or shipping delays.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for example, request a 10-15% discount for orders exceeding 50 units. Negotiate for spare parts (propellers, extra batteries, remote antennas) to be included at no extra cost, as these are high-wear items. Always request a sample unit to test the sonar accuracy before committing to a bulk order.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after the goods are shipped. Conduct a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) through a third party to verify the waterproof integrity (IPX rating) and GPS accuracy of the specific batch before final payment.

Choose DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms if you want the supplier to handle all import duties and taxes, or FOB (Free On Board) if you have a reliable freight forwarder. Ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 8526.91) is correctly declared to avoid misclassification penalties at customs.
