Pocket masturbator manufacturers

Prioritize suppliers using medical-grade silicone, TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), or TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber). Ensure materials are phthalate-free and non-porous to prevent bacterial growth. For high-end markets, platinum-cured silicone is the gold standard due to its hypoallergenic properties and longevity.

Products must adhere to REACH (EU) and RoHS standards to ensure no hazardous chemicals are present. If the device includes electronic components (vibration), it must carry CE, FCC, and UKCA certifications. For the US market, ensure materials comply with California Proposition 65 regarding chemical safety.

A true 'pocket' design should feature a secure, leak-proof cap and a non-descript outer shell that resembles a power bank, thermos, or cosmetic container. Request dimensions to ensure the unit is under 15cm in length for genuine portability and check for noise levels below 50dB if motorized.

Focus on internal texture complexity (ribbing, nodules) and suction control mechanisms. For electronic versions, look for USB magnetic charging (which improves waterproofing) and at least 5-10 vibration patterns. IPX7 waterproofing is a significant selling point as it allows for easy cleaning under running water.

Utilize Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service to protect your payments. Always request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) by a third party like SGS or Intertek to verify that the material softness (Shore A hardness) and battery safety match the approved samples before the final balance is paid.

Adult products can be sensitive in certain regions. Ensure the HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 9019.10) is used correctly. Use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) and ensure the shipping manifest uses neutral descriptions like 'Plastic Wellness Handicrafts' or 'Massager' to avoid customs delays or seizures in conservative jurisdictions.

Most professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM services with an MOQ of 500-1,000 units. Negotiate for customized packaging (color boxes) and logo engraving included in the unit price. Ask for a Golden Sample—a final, mass-production-grade sample—to be signed by both parties as a quality benchmark.

Products with batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). Ensure the supplier provides a valid UN38.3 test report and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). Shipping via air may be more expensive; for large volumes, sea freight (LCL/FCL) is more economical but requires strict adherence to battery storage regulations.
