Plastic wardrobe price manufacturers

When sourcing plastic wardrobes, prioritize PP (Polypropylene) for the panels and ABS for the connectors. Ensure the panels are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and waterproof. For the internal structure, look for rust-resistant steel frames embedded within the plastic panels to ensure a load-bearing capacity of at least 10kg per cube.

Stability depends on the connector design and frame thickness. High-quality units use multi-angle connectors that provide a tight fit to prevent wobbling. Request information on the panel thickness (typically 0.3mm to 0.4mm) and the diameter of the steel wire frame (4mm is standard for heavy-duty use).

For the US market, ensure the product is BPA-free and complies with CPSIA if marketed for children's rooms. For the EU, verify REACH compliance to ensure no harmful phthalates are present. Always ask for SGS or TUV test reports regarding material safety and weight-bearing limits.

Price is heavily influenced by panel printing (OEM patterns), custom colors, and packaging. Standard white or black panels are the most cost-effective. Customizing the door stickers or embossed patterns usually requires a higher MOQ (typically 500+ sets) but can significantly increase the retail value.

The primary risk is panel cracking or connector breakage during transit. To mitigate this, insist on 5-layer corrugated export cartons and corner protectors. Since these items are 'knock-down' (KD) format, ensure the volumetric weight is optimized to reduce shipping costs, as plastic is light but can be bulky.

Focus on volume-based pricing tiers. Suppliers often offer a 5-10% discount when moving from LCL (Less than Container Load) to a full 20GP or 40HQ container. Mention your long-term procurement plan to negotiate a lower sample fee refund upon your first bulk order.

Always use Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payment. Do not release the final 30-70% balance until a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is completed by a third party to verify the quantity and quality of the plastic components.

Plastic wardrobes involve many small connectors and magnets. Require the supplier to include 1-3% extra spare parts (connectors and magnets) in every shipment for free. This prevents customer complaints in your local market due to minor shipping damages or missing pieces.
