Motorcycle rain raincoat manufacturers

When sourcing, prioritize a Waterproof Rating of at least 10,000mm H2O to withstand high-speed rain impact. Ensure the product features Heat-Sealed Taped Seams rather than just stitching to prevent leakage at the joints. Look for Double-Layer Plackets (zipper covers with Velcro or buttons) and High-Density Oxford Fabric (300D-600D) with a PU or PVC coating for long-term durability against wind pressure.

Safety is paramount for motorcycle gear. The raincoat must incorporate High-Visibility Reflective Strips (compliant with EN ISO 20471 standards) on the chest, back, and sleeves. These strips should have a Retro-reflective Coefficient >330 cd/(lx·m²) to ensure the rider is visible to other motorists from at least 200 meters away in low-light or heavy rain conditions.

To prevent the 'ballooning' effect at high speeds, the raincoat should have Adjustable Cuffs, Waist, and Hem Toggles. Look for designs with Underarm Ventilation Eyelets or Breathable Mesh Linings to manage moisture and prevent internal condensation. A Hideaway Hood or a High-Collar Design is also essential to prevent water from seeping down the neck into the motorcycle jacket.

For the European market, ensure the product meets CE Certification and REACH chemical safety standards. For the US market, check for ASTM standards regarding tensile strength and tear resistance. If the raincoat is marketed as 'Protective Equipment,' it may need to comply with PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425.

Always request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) and specifically ask for a Hydrostatic Pressure Test report from a third-party lab like SGS or TUV. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site factory verification to ensure their production capabilities match their claims.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on Material Weight (GSM) and MOQ flexibility. If you are a first-time buyer, negotiate a Sample-to-Bulk Consistency Clause, where the bulk production must match the technical specs of the approved sample. Request a 5-10% discount for unbranded packaging if you intend to do local private labeling.

Raincoats are relatively heavy and bulky. To optimize costs, use Vacuum Compression Packaging to reduce the volumetric weight during air freight. For large sea freight orders, ensure the use of Desiccant Silica Gel Packs in every carton to prevent mildew and odor during long transit times in humid shipping containers.

Utilize Secured Payment Services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of shipping documents. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always use Corporate Bank Accounts verified by the platform to prevent fraud.
