Mobile iphone case manufacturers

For premium protection, prioritize TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) for shock absorption and PC (Polycarbonate) for structural rigidity. If sourcing for the luxury market, ensure genuine leather or liquid silicone meets RoHS and REACH standards to guarantee the absence of harmful chemicals. For rugged cases, look for MIL-STD-810G military-grade drop test certification.

Verify that the cases include N52 neodymium magnets arranged in the specific Apple-standard ring array. The magnet strength should be between 800-1100g to ensure secure attachment of chargers and wallets. Additionally, ensure the case thickness does not exceed 2.0mm to maintain Qi wireless charging efficiency.

Focus on mold precision, ensuring a 0.1mm tolerance for port cutouts and button tactile response. Check for yellowing resistance (UV rating) in clear cases—top-tier suppliers use Bayer or Mitsubishi anti-UV resins. Conduct a cross-hatch adhesion test on printed or painted cases to ensure the design does not peel under friction.

For the US market, ensure compliance with California Proposition 65 regarding lead and phthalate content. For the EU, CE marking is not typically required for non-electronic plastic cases, but REACH certification is essential to prove the materials are safe for skin contact. Always request third-party lab reports (SGS or Intertek) from the supplier.

Avoid cases that feature the Apple Logo or trademarked terms like 'MagSafe' on the packaging unless you have explicit licensing. Ensure the supplier provides neutral packaging or your own private label (OEM). When sourcing from Made-in-China.com, look for Audited Suppliers who have verified production capabilities to avoid 'copycat' designs that could be seized by customs.

For new releases, suppliers often demand higher MOQs. Negotiate a staggered volume discount: for example, a base price for 500 units with a 15-20% reduction once total seasonal volume hits 5,000 units. Request free samples for the first batch to verify the fitment against real devices before committing to a full production run.

iPhone cases are lightweight but high-volume. Use sea-plus-delivery (LCL) for bulk stock to minimize costs, but utilize air express (DHL/FedEx) for the initial launch phase of a new iPhone model to capture the market early. Ensure the supplier uses double-corrugated export cartons and moisture-proof inner bags to prevent warping during transit.

Always use Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure your payment is held in escrow until shipping documents are verified. Never wire full payments upfront; a standard 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L) is the industry norm for established trade relationships.
