Man male masturbator cup manufacturers

You must ensure the products are made from medical-grade silicone, TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), or TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber). It is critical to verify that the materials are BPA-free and Phthalate-free to prevent skin irritation or chemical leaching. Request RoHS and REACH certification reports from the supplier to ensure compliance with international chemical safety standards.

Focus on the motor noise level (should be <50dB) for electric models and the waterproof rating (IPX7 is preferred) for easy cleaning. For manual cups, evaluate the internal texture complexity and the vacuum suction adjustment mechanism. If the product includes heating functions, ensure it has an automatic shut-off safety feature to prevent overheating.

For the US market, ensure the supplier is FDA registered if the product is marketed as a medical device, though most fall under general consumer goods. For the EU, CE marking is mandatory for electronic components. Always check local customs regulations, as some regions have strict 'obscenity' laws that may affect packaging design and customs clearance.

Request tensile strength test reports for TPE/silicone sleeves to ensure they won't tear after repeated use. For rechargeable models, confirm the battery cycle life (minimum 300-500 charges) and the use of lithium-ion batteries rather than cheaper alternatives. The outer shell should be made of high-impact ABS plastic to withstand accidental drops.

Request discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) with no suggestive imagery or explicit text on the outer carton. The shipping label should use neutral descriptions such as 'Plastic Handicrafts' or 'Massager' to ensure privacy and reduce the risk of theft or customs seizure. Ensure HS Code 901910 or similar appropriate codes are used correctly.

Start by requesting a sample order to verify material 'hand-feel' and motor quality. Negotiate based on tiered pricing; for example, ask for a 5-10% discount when moving from 500 to 1,000 units. Demand a Quality Assurance Agreement that specifies a defect rate of less than 1%, with clear terms for replacements or refunds for faulty units.

Always use secure payment methods provided by the platform and avoid direct wire transfers to unknown personal accounts. Utilize third-party inspection services (like V-Trust or SGS) to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). This ensures the goods match your specifications before the final balance is paid.

Since many masturbator cups contain lithium batteries, they are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). You must ensure the supplier provides a UN38.3 test report and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). Work with freight forwarders experienced in battery-inclusive shipping to avoid delays or rejections by airlines.
