Make a sex doll manufacturers

Buyers must choose between TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and Silicone. TPE is more cost-effective, softer to the touch, and highly elastic, making it ideal for realistic skin textures, though it requires more maintenance (porous material). Silicone is non-porous, heat-resistant, and more durable, offering superior longevity and easier cleaning, though it carries a higher price point and is less flexible than TPE.

Prioritize dolls with a reinforced stainless steel or aluminum alloy skeleton featuring multi-axis articulated joints. This ensures the doll can hold various poses without internal mechanical failure. Ensure the load-bearing capacity of the joints is clearly stated, and look for EVO-skeleton upgrades which offer a wider range of motion and reduced weight for easier handling.

For cross-border procurement, ensure the materials are medical-grade and skin-safe. Request SGS or RoHS certification to confirm the absence of harmful phthalates, heavy metals, or volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Compliance with REACH standards is essential for the European market, while FDA-approved material reports are preferred for North American imports to ensure user safety.

Professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com typically offer customization for head sculpts, eye color, wig styles, and skin tones. Advanced options include integrated heating systems, AI-driven voice modules, and internal structural reinforcements. Ensure the supplier provides OEM/ODM services and can produce a pre-shipment prototype for approval.

This category is often flagged as 'sensitive' by customs. Use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes with no suggestive labeling) and ensure the HS Code is correctly declared—typically under 950300 (Toys/Models) or 961800 (Tailors' dummies/mannequins). Avoid using provocative terminology on commercial invoices to prevent seizure or delays at the border.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for orders exceeding 10 units, you should aim for a 15-25% discount. Request a Quality Assurance Agreement that specifies the 'oil-leakage' rate for TPE products and defines the warranty period for the internal skeleton (ideally 12 months). Always verify the supplier's Gold Member status and Audit Reports on the platform.

Due to the weight (typically 25kg-50kg per unit), Sea Freight (LCL) is the most economical for bulk orders, though it requires a longer lead time. For samples, Air Freight with specialized 'Sensitive Goods' forwarders is necessary. Ensure the supplier uses custom-fit foam inserts and thickened corrugated boxes to prevent 'pressure marks' or skeletal damage during long-transit maritime shipping.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to hold funds in escrow. Hire a third-party inspection service (like V-Trust or QIMA) to perform a 'During Production' or 'Pre-Shipment' inspection. The inspector should specifically check for skin blemishes, joint fluidity, and scent levels (to ensure no chemical odors) before you authorize the final balance payment.
