Kids arcade games manufacturers

When selecting arcade machines for children, prioritize commercial-grade hardware to ensure longevity. Key specs include high-definition LCD monitors (typically 19 to 32 inches) with tempered glass protection to prevent breakage. Ensure the CPU/Mainboard supports stable frame rates and has a multi-game library (e.g., Pandora’s Box systems). For mechanical games like claw machines, verify the adjustable claw strength settings and high-torque motors for reliable operation.

Compliance is non-negotiable for electronic toys. For the US market, ensure products meet ASTM F963 (Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety) and FCC certification for electronic emissions. For the EU, CE marking and RoHS compliance (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) are required. Additionally, check for UL or ETL certification on power supplies to ensure electrical safety and fire prevention in commercial environments.

Look for cabinets constructed from 15mm to 18mm thick fireproof MDF or plywood rather than thin plastic. The exterior should feature environmentally friendly, anti-scratch stickers or UV printing. Request videos of button and joystick stress tests—high-quality components should withstand over 1 million clicks. For coin-operated models, ensure the coin acceptor is programmable for multiple currencies and has anti-counterfeit technology.

B2B buyers should inquire about customized cabinet artwork (decals) to align with brand identity. Technical customization includes language localization for the software interface, customized loading screens, and the ability to switch between coin-operated, card-swipe, or free-play modes. For large orders, you can request specific dimensions to fit particular floor plans in Family Entertainment Centers (FECs).

Always utilize Trade Assurance services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. Before placing a bulk order, conduct a factory audit or hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). This ensures the machines match the approved sample in terms of both aesthetics and internal wiring.

Arcade machines are bulky and fragile. Insist on professional export packaging, which includes stretch film, thick pearl cotton/bubble wrap, and a sturdy wooden crate or frame. For sea freight, choose FCL (Full Container Load) if possible to reduce handling. If using LCL, ensure the wooden crate is fumigated (if required by your country) and clearly marked with 'Fragile' and 'Keep Upright' signs.

Suppliers on Made-in-China.com often offer tiered pricing. Start by asking for a sample price (usually higher) and then negotiate a volume discount of 10-20% for orders exceeding 5-10 units. Discuss spare parts kits (extra buttons, joysticks, and power cables) to be included for free in the initial order, which adds value without necessarily lowering the unit price.

Verify the HS Code (typically under 9504.30 for games operated by coins, banknotes, or other means of payment) to calculate import duties in your specific country. Be aware of anti-dumping duties or specific import licenses required for electronic entertainment equipment in regions like Latin America or parts of Southeast Asia.
