Jumping ball with handle manufacturers

When sourcing jumping balls, prioritize Eco-friendly PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) with a thickened, explosion-proof wall design. The material should be BPA-free and Phthalate-free to meet international safety standards. Ensure the surface has an anti-slip texture and the handle is ergonomically molded into the ball body rather than glued, to prevent detachment during high-intensity use.

As these are often classified as toys or fitness equipment, they must comply with EN71 (Parts 1, 2, and 3) for the European market and ASTM F963 or CPSIA for the United States. If the product is intended for fitness use, look for REACH certification to ensure no harmful chemical substances are present in the plasticizers.

Standard sizes range from 45cm (toddlers) to 65cm (adults). For B2B procurement, verify that the static load-bearing capacity is at least 100kg to 150kg for children's versions and up to 300kg for professional fitness versions. Request a burst-resistance test report to confirm the ball will deflate slowly if punctured rather than popping.

Look for suppliers offering customizable colors (Pantone matching) and high-definition silk-screen printing for branding. Features like reinforced handle grips, dual-action hand pumps included in the packaging, and space-saving deflated packaging significantly add value for retail and e-commerce distribution.

Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by a third-party agency like SGS or Intertek. Specifically, ask for a 'Weight Loading Test' and a '24-hour Inflation Test' to check for air leaks. Utilizing Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services can provide an extra layer of payment protection until the quality is verified.

Jumping balls should always be shipped deflated and individually folded to minimize volumetric weight. For large volumes, Sea Freight (FCL or LCL) is the most economical. Ensure the outer cartons are 5-layer corrugated cardboard to prevent compression damage during long-transit maritime shipping.

Negotiate based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Ask for a tiered pricing structure where the unit price drops by 10-15% as you move from 500 to 2,000 units. Inquire if the supplier can provide spare air plugs and removal tools at no extra cost, as these are high-loss items that affect end-user satisfaction.

Prioritize Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com, as their business licenses and production capabilities have been verified. Check the Supplier's Export History to see if they have experience shipping to your specific region, which ensures they are familiar with your local customs documentation requirements.
