Iphone original battery manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize Lithium-ion Polymer (Li-ion) technology with a nominal voltage of 3.8V to 3.85V. It is essential to verify the Rated Capacity (mAh) against the original Apple specifications for specific models (e.g., iPhone 13, 14, 15). Ensure the battery includes a High-Quality Protection Circuit Board (PCB) to prevent overcharging, over-discharging, and short-circuiting. Additionally, look for Zero-Cycle cells, meaning the battery has never been used and maintains 100% Health Capacity.

For cross-border trade, batteries must have UN38.3 certification for safe transport and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) reports. Depending on the destination market, look for CE (Europe), UL (USA), PSE (Japan), or RoHS (Global) compliance to ensure the absence of hazardous substances. Sourcing from suppliers on Made-in-China.com who hold ISO 9001 factory certifications significantly reduces the risk of receiving substandard or dangerous goods.

The IC Chip is the brain of the battery. For iPhone batteries, using an Original IC or a high-tier TI (Texas Instruments) chip ensures that the phone correctly displays Battery Health data in the iOS settings and avoids 'Unknown Part' warnings. High-quality chips ensure stable voltage output and better thermal management, which prevents the device from overheating during fast charging.

A premium replacement battery should sustain at least 500 to 800 charge cycles before dropping below 80% of its original capacity. Request Cycle Life Test Reports from the supplier. Furthermore, check the Low-Temperature Performance; quality batteries should function reliably between -10°C and 50°C without sudden shutdowns.

Lithium batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. The main risk is customs seizure or shipping rejection if documentation is incomplete. Always ensure the supplier provides a Certificate for Safe Transport of Goods and uses specialized DG (Dangerous Goods) forwarders. Improper packaging can lead to thermal runaway, so ensure batteries are packed in anti-static bags and sturdy, partitioned outer cartons.

Focus on Defect Rate Guarantees rather than just the lowest price. A standard industry defect rate is below 1%. Negotiate a 12 to 24-month warranty and agree on a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy where the supplier credits your next order for any faulty units. For bulk orders exceeding 2,000 units, aim for a 5-10% price reduction or free shipping to your domestic warehouse.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by the platform to ensure funds are only released after proof of shipment. Conduct a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) through a third-party agency to verify the capacity and cycle count of a random sample. Avoid direct wire transfers to unverified personal accounts; stick to verified corporate accounts listed on the supplier's profile.

Be aware that for iPhone XS and newer, replacing the battery will trigger a warning unless the original BMS (Battery Management System) board is transferred to the new cell. Discuss with your supplier if they provide 'Cell-only' options for repair shops or pre-programmed batteries that minimize these software hurdles, though 100% removal of the message usually requires professional spot-welding tools.
