Hyundai r60 7 excavator manufacturers

The Hyundai R60-7 is a popular 6-ton class mini excavator. You must verify the Yanmar 4TNV94L engine performance, ensuring it meets the rated power of approximately 39kW (53hp). Key hydraulic parameters include a main pump flow of 2x55 L/min and a system pressure of 210-230 kgf/cm². Always confirm the bucket capacity (standard 0.21m³) and maximum digging depth (approx. 3,800mm) to ensure it meets your specific project requirements.

Focus on the hydraulic system and undercarriage. Check for oil leaks in the main valve and swing motor, and inspect the track tension, rollers, and sprockets for wear (should be >70% remaining for good value). Request a video of the machine under load to check for black smoke or unusual engine noise. For refurbished units, ask for a detailed replacement list of wear parts like pins, bushings, and filters.

Ensure the machine carries the CE Marking for European markets or meets EPA Tier standards for the US. The excavator should be equipped with a ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) and FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) certified cabin. Verify the ISO 9001 certification of the refurbishing facility or the original manufacturer to guarantee quality management consistency.

Due to its compact size, it is ideal for urban construction, landscaping, and agricultural projects. It excels in trenching for utilities, small-scale demolition, and road maintenance where space is limited. Its offset boom capability (if equipped) allows for digging alongside walls, making it a versatile choice for residential contractors.

Always hire a third-party inspection service (like SGS or TÜV) to conduct an on-site audit before final payment. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone gold-standard verification. Never rely solely on photos; request a live video call to see the machine's serial number and operational tests in real-time.

For a single R60-7, a 20GP container is often the most secure and cost-effective method, though the cabin or bucket might need disassembly to fit. For multiple units, Flat Rack containers or Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping are preferred. Ensure the supplier uses heavy-duty lashing and anti-rust coating for sea transit to prevent saltwater corrosion.

Focus on the Total Landed Cost rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for extra wear-part kits (filters, seals, teeth) to be included in the price, as these are cheap for the supplier but expensive to source locally. Ask for a 12-month warranty on major components (Engine/Pump) and clarify the Incoterms (FOB vs. CIF) to avoid hidden port charges.

Use Secured Payment services provided by reputable B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Ensure the Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, and Packing List descriptions match the physical machine exactly to avoid customs clearance delays.
