Howo mudguard manufacturers

For heavy-duty trucks like the Sinotruk Howo series, mudguards should be made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Polypropylene (PP) to ensure impact resistance. Ensure the material includes UV stabilizers to prevent cracking and fading under prolonged sun exposure. For metal brackets, galvanized steel or powder-coated finishes are essential to prevent corrosion from road salt and moisture.

Compatibility is determined by the OEM Part Number (e.g., WG1642230105 for Howo A7). Always verify the truck series (Howo 7, Howo A7, or T7H) and the axle position (front or rear). Requesting a technical drawing or 1:1 scale photo from the supplier is the best way to confirm mounting hole alignment before shipping.

Suppliers should ideally hold ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. Since these are exterior automotive components, they should meet TS16949 standards for automotive supply chains. Ensure the products comply with E-Mark (ECE) regulations if exporting to Europe or DOT standards for the North American market to ensure road legality.

These components are designed for heavy-duty logistics, construction sites, and mining environments. A professional-grade mudguard should withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C without becoming brittle. In high-vibration environments, look for reinforced ribbing designs on the underside of the mudguard to prevent structural fatigue.

Always source from Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who can provide Sinotruk authorization certificates. Request real-time video inspections of the warehouse and check for the anti-counterfeit laser labels or embossed brand logos on the product body. Avoid 'unbranded' parts that claim to be 'original' but lack proper packaging.

Mudguards are high-volume, low-weight items, which can lead to high volumetric weight charges. To optimize costs, use LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping and ask the supplier to nest the mudguards (stacking them inside one another) to minimize the total CBM (Cubic Meters). For large orders, 40HQ containers offer the best economy of scale.

Focus on Annual Volume Rebates rather than just the single-order price. If you are a distributor, negotiate for free replacement units (usually 1-2%) to cover potential transit damage. Ask for consolidated shipping if you are buying multiple types of Howo parts (filters, lights, etc.) to reduce customs clearance fees per unit.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after proof of shipment. Hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to verify the quantity, material thickness, and packaging integrity before the balance payment is made.
