Hino e13c price injector manufacturers

When sourcing for the Hino E13c engine, you must ensure the injectors are compatible with the Common Rail System (CRS). Key specs include the OEM Part Number (e.g., 095000-5450 or 23670-E0010), nozzle type, and solenoid response time. High-quality injectors should feature DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating on the needle to enhance wear resistance against low-sulfur diesel. Always verify the injection pressure rating, which typically reaches up to 180-200 MPa for this engine series.

Genuine parts come in Hino-branded packaging with holographic seals and offer the highest reliability but at a premium price. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, often manufactured by Denso, provide identical quality without the vehicle brand markup. High-quality aftermarket options are cost-effective but require strict validation of ISO/TS 16949 certification to ensure they meet the precise fuel atomization standards required for Euro 4/5 emission compliance.

Suppliers should ideally hold ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 certifications, which are the gold standards for automotive component manufacturing. For international trade, ensure the products have CE marking if destined for Europe. Furthermore, request a test bench report for each batch, confirming that the fuel delivery volume, back-leakage flow, and opening pressure fall within the standard Hino E13c tolerance levels.

These injectors are primarily used in heavy-duty Hino Profia (700 Series) trucks and industrial machinery. Because the E13c engine is sensitive to fuel quality, buyers should advise end-users to replace fuel filters every 10,000 to 15,000 km and use high-grade diesel to prevent injector clogging or nozzle erosion, which are the leading causes of engine knocking and power loss.

The most effective strategy is to request a video inspection of the product's laser-etched QR codes and serial numbers. Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure payment is only released after quality verification. Avoid deals that are significantly below market price, as these often indicate 'remanufactured' units sold as new.

For Hino E13c injectors, MOQs are often low (1-4 pieces). To get better pricing, propose a staggered annual volume contract rather than a one-time purchase. Ask for tiered pricing (e.g., 10, 50, and 100 units). If you are a distributor, negotiate for free replacement samples in your next shipment to cover potential DOA (Dead on Arrival) units.

Fuel injectors are precision instruments sensitive to moisture and physical shock. Ensure the supplier uses VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) packaging or vacuum-sealed plastic to prevent rust during sea freight. For urgent repairs, use air express (DHL/FedEx) and insist on double-walled corrugated boxes with foam inserts to prevent calibration shifts caused by vibration.

Check the HS Code (typically 8409.99 or 8413.30) against your country's tariff schedule. Be aware of Anti-Dumping Duties that may apply to automotive parts in certain regions. Always request a Certificate of Origin (CO) from the supplier to potentially leverage Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and reduce import taxes.
