Glow the dark stickers manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize the luminous intensity and afterglow duration. High-quality stickers typically use Strontium Aluminate (which glows 10 times brighter and longer than Zinc Sulfide). Ensure the material thickness is between 0.15mm to 0.35mm for durability, and verify the adhesive strength (typically measured in N/25mm) to ensure they remain bonded to various surfaces like plastic, metal, or painted walls.

Since these products are often used in children's rooms or as safety signage, they must meet EN71-3 (Safety of Toys) and REACH standards for the EU market, or ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the US. It is critical to ensure the pigments are non-toxic, non-radioactive, and lead-free. For safety exit signs, look for UL 924 or ISO 16069 certification.

Request information on their printing technology; UV printing and silk-screen printing offer the best color vibrancy and weather resistance. Check if the supplier supports die-cutting for custom shapes and if they can provide OEM/ODM services for branded packaging. A professional supplier should be able to provide Pantone color matching for non-glowing elements of the design.

Usage scenarios range from home decor (stars/moons) to industrial safety (emergency exits) and promotional items. For indoor decorative use, an afterglow of 4-6 hours is standard. For industrial safety applications, look for high-performance films that can maintain visibility for 12+ hours after a short light exposure.

Always request a pre-production sample to test the actual glow duration in a darkroom environment. Utilize third-party inspection services (like V-Trust or SGS) to conduct a During Production Check (DUPRO) or a Final Random Inspection (FRI). Ensure the supplier is a Gold Member or Audited Supplier on Made-in-China.com to verify their factory's existence and production capacity.

For glow stickers, MOQs usually range from 500 to 2,000 units. If you are a startup, negotiate a tiered pricing structure where the unit price drops as your volume increases. Mention that you are looking for a long-term strategic partner rather than a one-time transaction. Always ask for the EXW vs. FOB price to compare shipping cost efficiencies.

For small trial orders, Air Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) is fastest, taking 3-7 days. For bulk commercial orders, Sea Freight (LCL - Less than Container Load) is the most cost-effective. Ensure the stickers are packed in moisture-proof PE bags and rigid corrugated cartons to prevent the adhesive from degrading or the edges from curling during humid transit conditions.

Use Secured Payment services provided by reputable B2B platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure your funds are only released after you confirm receipt of the goods. Avoid direct wire transfers to private bank accounts; always pay to the registered company account verified by the platform.
