Fogging machine fog sprayer manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize droplet size (VMD), which typically ranges from 5 to 50 microns for ULV (Ultra-Low Volume) cold foggers and smaller for thermal foggers. Ensure the motor power is sufficient for the intended coverage area, usually between 600W to 1200W for electric models. Additionally, check the tank capacity (commonly 5L to 15L) and the effective spray range, which should ideally reach 6 to 10 meters for efficient operation.

For the European market, a CE certification is mandatory to ensure electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility. US-bound products should ideally have UL or ETL listings. Since these machines are often used for disinfection or pest control, verify that the materials used in the tank and nozzles are corrosion-resistant (HDPE or stainless steel) to withstand harsh chemicals, and check for ISO 9001 factory quality management compliance.

Thermal Foggers use heat to create a thick, visible smoke-like fog, making them ideal for outdoor pest control and large-scale agricultural use. ULV Cold Foggers use high-pressure air to atomize liquids into fine droplets without heat, which is the preferred choice for indoor disinfection, hospitals, and greenhouses as they do not leave oily residues and are safer for heat-sensitive chemicals.

The most critical maintenance step is flushing the system with clean water after every use to prevent chemical crystallization in the nozzle. Regularly inspect the air intake filters for blockages and ensure the sealing gaskets are intact to prevent pressure leaks. For battery-powered models, follow a strict charging cycle to maintain lithium-ion battery health.

The main risks include electrical incompatibility and liquid leakage during transit. Mitigate these by specifying the correct voltage and plug type (e.g., 110V for US, 220V for EU) in the contract. Request a drop test report for the packaging and use a third-party inspection service on Made-in-China.com to verify the machine's pressure stability before final payment.

Focus on tiered pricing and spare parts inclusion. Negotiate for a 3-5% allocation of wear-and-tear parts (like nozzles and O-rings) to be included for free. For orders exceeding 500 units, aim for a 15-20% discount off the sample price and request OEM branding/customized manuals as part of the package to increase your market competitiveness.

If the fogger contains a lithium battery, it is classified as Dangerous Goods (UN3481). Ensure the supplier provides a UN38.3 test report and an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). Shipping via sea freight is generally more cost-effective for bulk orders, but ensure the forwarder is experienced in handling battery-integrated equipment to avoid customs delays.

Always conduct transactions through secure payment channels provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Utilize Trade Assurance services to protect your deposit. Never wire full payments to private bank accounts; ensure the beneficiary name matches the company name on the business license and the proforma invoice.
