Dynapac hydraulic pump manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize displacement (cc/rev), maximum operating pressure (bar/PSI), and flow rate (L/min) to ensure compatibility with specific Dynapac road rollers or pavers. It is essential to verify the shaft type (splined or keyed) and mounting flange standards (SAE or ISO). For heavy-duty construction machinery, ensure the pump features high-strength cast iron housing and premium internal bearings to withstand high-vibration environments.

Always cross-reference the OEM Part Number (e.g., 48120xxxxx) with the supplier's technical datasheet. Since Dynapac equipment often utilizes closed-loop systems for propulsion and open-loop systems for vibration, you must confirm if the pump is a variable displacement piston pump or a gear pump. Requesting a 3D CAD drawing or a detailed dimensional schematic from the supplier before purchase is highly recommended to avoid installation mismatches.

Look for suppliers who hold ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management. For hydraulic components, performance testing reports (including volumetric efficiency and pressure-holding tests) are vital. Top-tier manufacturers on Made-in-China.com often provide 100% factory testing videos for each unit. Ensure the seals used are high-temperature resistant, such as Viton or NBR seals, to prevent leakage under extreme operating conditions.

To prevent premature failure, maintain hydraulic oil cleanliness according to ISO 4406 standards (e.g., 18/16/13). Suppliers should provide guidance on suction filter replacement intervals and case drain pressure monitoring. Using the correct viscosity grade oil as specified by Dynapac is crucial for lubricating the swashplate and pistons.

Utilize the 'Audit Report' feature on Made-in-China.com to verify the supplier's manufacturing capabilities. Request material analysis reports for the cylinder block and valve plate. For high-value orders, consider hiring a third-party inspection service (like SGS or BV) to conduct a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to verify that the pump's performance meets the agreed-upon specifications.

Negotiate based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. For orders exceeding 10 units, aim for a 10-15% volume discount. Discuss buffer stock agreements where the supplier keeps a minimum inventory for your recurring needs, reducing your lead time from the standard 15-25 days to immediate dispatch. Always clarify if the price includes export-standard wooden crate packaging to prevent damage during sea freight.

Always use Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure your payment is held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the warranty period (typically 12 months), the specific Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, or DAP), and the dispute resolution mechanism.

Hydraulic pumps are heavy and sensitive to moisture. Insist on anti-rust oil coating on all exposed metal surfaces and vacuum-sealed plastic wrapping. The units must be secured in fumigated wooden boxes with internal padding to prevent movement. For urgent repairs, air freight (DHL/FedEx) is preferred, but ensure the supplier provides a Non-Dangerous Goods Declaration for the hydraulic fluid residue.
