Double pallet stacker manufacturers

When sourcing a double pallet stacker, you must prioritize load capacity and lifting height. A standard unit typically handles 2,000kg in total, often split as 1,000kg on the forks and 1,000kg on the initial lift arms. Ensure the mast type (simplex, duplex, or triplex) aligns with your warehouse ceiling height and that the battery capacity (Ah) is sufficient for a full shift, preferably utilizing Lithium-ion technology for fast charging and zero maintenance.

For cross-border procurement, verify that the supplier provides CE Marking for the European market or meets ANSI/ITSDF B56.1 standards for North America. It is critical to request the ISO 3691-1:2011 compliance certificate, which covers safety requirements for industrial trucks. Always ask for a load chart specific to the model to ensure stability during simultaneous double-pallet handling.

Double pallet stackers are engineered for high-density warehousing and cross-docking operations. They are ideal for loading and unloading HGVs (Heavy Goods Vehicles) twice as fast by carrying two pallets vertically. They excel in narrow aisle applications where space optimization is key, and in cold storage environments, provided they are equipped with specialized low-temperature hydraulic oil and anti-corrosion treatment.

Look for AC drive systems which offer smoother control and better energy efficiency. Ergonomically, the tiller arm design should allow for offset operation to improve visibility. For large-scale operations, ensure the stacker supports Fleet Management Systems (FMS) via CAN-bus technology to monitor battery health and operator performance in real-time.

Always conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). You should hire a third-party agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a functional test under load. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone comprehensive on-site verification of their manufacturing facilities and quality control processes.

Due to the weight and sensitivity of hydraulic systems, use FCL (Full Container Load) shipping rather than LCL to minimize handling risks. Ensure the supplier uses professional sea-worthy packaging, including vacuum-sealed plastic wrapping and heavy-duty steel fixed-point lashing to prevent movement and saltwater corrosion during transit.

Negotiate for a 12 to 24-month warranty on core components (motor, controller, and transmission). Since sending a technician cross-border is costly, insist on a wearing parts kit (seals, fuses, rollers) to be included with the initial shipment and ensure the supplier provides technical video support and English-language service manuals.

Utilize Secured Payment services offered by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after you confirm receipt and inspection. For large orders, consider a Letter of Credit (L/C) or a staged payment plan (e.g., 30% deposit, 70% against Bill of Lading) to maintain financial leverage.
