Doctor robot manufacturers

A professional Doctor Robot must integrate high-definition audiovisual systems for remote consultation and autonomous navigation using LiDAR and SLAM technology to move safely in hospital environments. Ensure the robot supports real-time vitals monitoring (ECG, SpO2, Blood Pressure) and has a battery life of at least 8-10 hours with auto-docking charging capabilities to ensure 24/7 availability.

Since these are medical devices, they must adhere to IEC 60601-1 (Medical Electrical Equipment Safety) and IEC 60601-1-2 (Electromagnetic Compatibility). For data privacy, compliance with HIPAA (USA) or GDPR (EU) is non-negotiable to protect patient confidentiality. Always verify the CE, FDA, or NMPA registration depending on your target market.

The robot should offer Open API or SDK access to allow integration with existing Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Health Records (EHR). Confirm that the software supports multi-terminal synchronization (PC, Tablet, Mobile) so doctors can operate the robot remotely from any location with low latency.

The exterior should be made of medical-grade antimicrobial materials that can withstand frequent disinfection with 75% alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. The screen should be shatter-proof tempered glass, and the chassis must have anti-collision sensors to prevent accidents in crowded corridors.

Utilize Secure Payment services on Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after the goods pass inspection. It is highly recommended to hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to conduct a 'Pre-Shipment Inspection' (PSI) to verify the robot's mechanical functions and software stability before it leaves the factory.

Focus on After-Sales Service Level Agreements (SLA) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for extended warranties (2-3 years), free software OTA (Over-the-Air) updates, and the inclusion of critical spare parts (like replacement batteries or sensors) in the initial bulk price. Ask for a tiered pricing model where the unit cost drops by 10-15% as your fleet size grows.

Doctor Robots contain sensitive sensors and lithium batteries, which are classified as Dangerous Goods (UN3481). Ensure the supplier uses specialized shock-absorbent wooden crate packaging and selects carriers experienced in handling high-tech medical equipment. Always opt for CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms with comprehensive insurance to cover potential transit damage.

Check the HS Code (typically under 8479.50 for industrial robots or 9018 for medical instruments) to determine import tariffs. Some countries offer tax exemptions for high-tech medical imports; consult with a local customs broker to verify if your purchase qualifies for any 'Medical Device' preferential trade agreements.
