Danish trolley manufacturers

When procuring Danish Trolleys (also known as CC Containers), focus on the surface treatment, typically Hot-Dip Galvanizing, which provides superior corrosion resistance for greenhouse environments. Ensure the load capacity per shelf is at least 50-100kg and the total frame capacity exceeds 500kg. The shelf material should be high-quality waterproof plywood or plastic (PP) depending on the moisture levels of your application.

The wheels are the most critical wear component. Prioritize 5-inch swivel casters made of PA (Nylon) or PP, as they offer low rolling resistance and high chemical resistance. For noise-sensitive environments, Rubber or TPU wheels are preferred. Ensure the casters feature heavy-duty needle bearings and a zinc-plated housing to prevent rust and ensure smooth maneuverability under full loads.

Suppliers should ideally hold ISO 9001 certification for quality management. For the European market, check if the trolleys are compatible with the CEN (European Committee for Standardization) dimensions (typically 1350 x 565 mm). If using plywood shelves, ensure they meet FSC certification for sustainable sourcing and E1/E0 emission standards for formaldehyde to ensure safety in enclosed retail spaces.

While primarily used for flower and plant transport, Danish Trolleys are highly effective for warehouse order picking, retail display racks, and logistics distribution. Their modular and stackable design allows them to be used as mobile storage units in cold chain logistics and e-commerce fulfillment centers where space optimization is critical.

Request a Salt Spray Test report from the supplier to verify the thickness and durability of the zinc coating. For large orders, hire a third-party inspection service to perform a cross-cut adhesion test and measure the coating thickness (microns) before the goods leave the factory in China.

Danish Trolleys are designed to be fully collapsible. To maximize container utilization, ensure the supplier uses knock-down (KD) packaging. A standard 40ft HQ container can typically hold approximately 250-300 sets of trolleys. Negotiate FOB terms to maintain control over freight costs and use a freight forwarder experienced in handling metal racking systems.

Utilize the Secured Trading services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment. Never transfer the full amount upfront; a standard 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L) is common. Always verify the supplier's Business License and check if they are an Audited Supplier on the platform to ensure they have a physical factory and verified production capacity.

Confirm the warranty period, which should be at least 1-2 years for the steel frame. Ask the supplier if they provide extra spare parts (such as 2-3% additional casters and bolts) free of charge with the bulk shipment, as these are the components most likely to suffer damage during long-term operational use.
