Customized dildo vibrator manufacturers

When sourcing customized vibrators, the most critical factor is medical-grade silicone. Ensure the material is BPA-free, phthalate-free, and non-porous to prevent bacterial growth. You should request FDA registration or LFGB/REACH compliance certificates from the supplier to ensure the product is body-safe for long-term use.

Focus on the motor quality and noise levels; premium products should operate at less than 50dB. For customization, specify the battery capacity (mAh)—typically 500mAh or higher for rechargeable models—and ensure IPX7 waterproofing for versatility. If adding app-control features, verify Bluetooth 5.0 stability and firmware compatibility.

Request a battery cycle life test report, ensuring the lithium battery maintains at least 80% capacity after 300 charge cycles. Additionally, verify the tensile strength of the silicone-to-plastic bonding to prevent tearing during high-frequency vibration. Suppliers on Made-in-China.com often provide internal component photos to verify soldering quality.

For private labeling, discuss laser engraving vs. silk-screen printing for logos; laser is preferred as it won't fade or irritate skin. If creating a unique shape, confirm the mold cost (tooling fee) and whether the supplier offers exclusive mold agreements to prevent your design from being sold to competitors.

Adult products are subject to strict decency laws and customs regulations in certain regions (e.g., Middle East or parts of SE Asia). Always ensure the HS Code (typically 9019.10) is declared correctly. Use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) and ensure the outer carton does not contain explicit imagery to avoid customs seizures or delays.

Implement a 'Golden Sample' protocol: once a customized sample is approved, it serves as the benchmark for the bulk order. Negotiate a defective rate allowance of less than 1%, with a clause stating that the supplier must replace or refund any units that fail within a 12-month warranty period.

Utilize secured payment terms offered by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com to protect your deposit. For shipping, choose Air Freight with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms if you want the forwarder to handle all import taxes and customs clearance, which is often the most efficient route for high-value electronic adult toys.

Check if the supplier holds an ISO 9001 certification and specifically ask for their Electronic Discharge (ESD) control procedures in the assembly line. Since vibrators contain PCBA and batteries, a dust-free workshop is a strong indicator of a professional manufacturer capable of handling sensitive electronics.
