Cbgj2080+1010 pump manufacturers

The CBGJ2080+1010 is a high-pressure tandem gear pump. You must verify the displacement of both stages (typically 80ml/r for the front and 10ml/r for the rear), the rated pressure (20-25 MPa), and the maximum speed (2500 RPM). Ensure the shaft type (spline or keyed) and mounting flange (SAE standard) match your machinery's requirements to avoid installation failure.

This pump is primarily designed for heavy-duty hydraulic systems in construction machinery. It is widely used in wheel loaders (e.g., XCMG, Liugong), cranes, and road rollers. The tandem design allows it to power two separate hydraulic circuits—such as steering and working implements—simultaneously from a single power take-off (PTO).

Look for pumps featuring high-strength cast iron bodies to withstand high pressure without deformation. The internal gears should be precision-ground and heat-treated for wear resistance. Ensure the supplier follows ISO 9001 quality management systems and that the product undergoes a 100% pressure-load test before leaving the factory to guarantee volumetric efficiency.

Confirm the use of high-quality oil seals (such as Viton or NBR) that can handle temperatures ranging from -20°C to 100°C. To extend service life, ensure the hydraulic system uses filtration accuracy of ≤25μm. Ask the supplier for the volumetric efficiency rating, which should ideally be above 93% for new units.

Always request a factory inspection report and real-time photos/videos of the specific serial numbers. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone third-party verification by SGS or TÜV Rheinland. Avoid deals that are significantly below market price, as these often indicate refurbished cores with new paint.

Since gear pumps are heavy, sea freight is the most economical for bulk orders, while TNT/DHL/FedEx is better for urgent repairs. Negotiate a lead time of 7-15 days for standard models. Ensure the contract specifies seaworthy packaging, such as fumigated wooden crates with VCI anti-rust bags, to prevent corrosion during long-distance ocean transit.

Use Secured Trading services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released after proof of shipment. For large orders, consider a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L). Always verify the bank account name matches the company name on the Proforma Invoice to prevent phishing scams.

Ensure the supplier provides the correct HS Code (typically 841360) to avoid tariff misclassification. Request a Certificate of Origin (CO) to potentially benefit from Free Trade Agreements (FTA). For technical compliance, ensure the package includes a clear installation manual and a performance test certificate in English.
