Casio g shock manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize Shock Resistance and Water Resistance (minimum 200 meters/20 Bar). Ensure the movement is either Japanese Quartz for high precision or high-quality digital modules. For premium tiers, verify features like Tough Solar (solar charging), Multi-Band 6 (atomic timekeeping), and Bluetooth Connectivity. The casing should be made of high-grade resin or stainless steel with scratch-resistant mineral or sapphire crystal glass.

For the US market, ensure compliance with FCC Part 15 (for Bluetooth models) and California Proposition 65 regarding lead and phthalate content in straps. For the EU, CE Marking and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) are mandatory. Additionally, verify that the batteries meet UN38.3 lithium battery transportation standards to avoid logistics delays.

Request a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for the resin components and a Pressure Test Report for water resistance. Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com will provide ISO 9001 certification and allow for third-party inspections (like SGS or Intertek). Pay close attention to the luminescence quality (Super Illuminator) and the weight of the watch, as replicas often use lighter, inferior plastics.

Demand is primarily driven by outdoor enthusiasts (hiking/diving), military and law enforcement personnel requiring tactical gear, and industrial workers in high-vibration environments. There is also a significant market for corporate gifting and promotional merchandise, where durability and brand reputation are key selling points.

This is a high-risk category. Unless you are an authorized distributor, avoid products with the 'Casio' logo. Focus on OEM/ODM suppliers who offer 'G-Shock style' rugged designs under your own private label. Ensure the supplier provides a Letter of Authorization or a Non-Infringement Guarantee to prevent customs seizures during cross-border transit.

Start by requesting a sample order (1-5 units) to verify build quality. When moving to bulk, negotiate based on Tiered Pricing (e.g., 500, 1000, and 5000 units). Ask for spare parts (extra straps, pins, or batteries) to be included at no cost, which typically adds 3-5% in value without increasing the unit price. Always use Secured Trading Services to protect your payment until the goods are verified.

Watches contain button cell batteries, which are classified as Dangerous Goods (Section II of PI967/PI970). You must use a freight forwarder experienced in DG (Dangerous Goods) handling. For large volumes, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is most cost-effective, but ensure the supplier provides proper hazardous material packaging and labeling to comply with international aviation and maritime laws.

Implement a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) protocol. Instruct the inspector to perform a Drop Test from 2 meters and a Water Immersion Test. Set an AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) of 1.0 for major defects and 2.5 for minor defects. Do not release the final 30% payment until the inspection report is approved.
