Cash counting machines manufacturers

When evaluating cash counters, prioritize Counting Speed, which should ideally range between 1,000 to 1,500 bills per minute for efficiency. Look for Hopper Capacity of at least 300-500 bills to handle high-volume tasks. Additionally, ensure the machine supports Multi-Currency Detection and has a High-Resolution CIS (Contact Image Sensor) for accurate image recognition and serial number recording.

A reliable B2B-grade machine must feature Multi-Point Detection technology, including UV (Ultraviolet), MG (Magnetic), IR (Infrared), and MT (Magnetic Thread) sensors. For advanced security, select models with Dual CIS technology to scan both sides of the banknote, ensuring compliance with central bank standards for counterfeit suppression.

The machine should offer Value Counting (Mixed Denomination) to calculate the total monetary value, not just the piece count. Essential modes include Batching (preset counting limits), Adding (cumulative totals), and Automatic Sorting by denomination or orientation. Serial Number Printing capability is also a critical requirement for financial auditing and tracking.

Ensure the products carry CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications for electronic safety and environmental compliance. For specific markets, verify UL certification (USA) or ECB (European Central Bank) approval. It is highly recommended to source from manufacturers on Made-in-China.com who hold ISO 9001 quality management system certification to ensure production consistency.

Before finalizing the order, provide high-resolution images and physical dimensions of your local banknotes to the supplier. Request a video demonstration of the machine counting your specific currency. Ensure the software is updatable via USB or Internet so the machine can recognize new banknote releases or security feature updates in your country.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for spare parts kits (such as rubber rollers and sensors) to be included in the bulk price. For orders exceeding 100 units, aim for a 15-20% volume discount and request OEM branding/logo printing to be included at no extra cost to enhance your brand value.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment. For shipping, choose FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain control over the freight forwarder and insurance. Ensure the machines are packed in double-walled corrugated boxes with customized foam inserts to prevent sensor misalignment during international transit.

Insist on a minimum 12-month warranty and a guaranteed 24-hour technical response time. Ask the supplier to provide maintenance training videos and a digital troubleshooting manual. Confirm the availability of firmware update files to ensure the machine remains functional as currency security features evolve.
