Car box tissue manufacturers

When sourcing car box tissues, prioritize 100% virgin wood pulp for the paper to ensure high absorbency and skin-friendliness. For the packaging, options include PU leather, ABS plastic, or high-grade paperboard. If choosing leather holders, ensure they are heat-resistant and odorless, as car interiors can reach high temperatures which may cause low-quality plastics or glues to release volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Standardization is key. Look for universal dimensions (typically around 23cm x 12cm x 4cm) that fit into sun visors, seat backs, or armrest boxes. For B2B buyers, it is recommended to source holders with adjustable elastic straps or magnetic closures to ensure a secure fit across various car models, preventing the box from becoming a projectile during sudden braking.

Ensure the tissue paper meets ISO 9001 for quality management and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification for sustainable sourcing. For the outer box, especially if sold in the EU or US, verify REACH or RoHS compliance to ensure the materials are free from heavy metals and toxic dyes. If the product includes a clip, it must pass vibration and durability tests to ensure it doesn't snap under stress.

Yes, car box tissues are excellent for OEM/ODM branding. Most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer silk-screen printing, embossing, or hot stamping for logos. You should request a pre-production sample to verify the color accuracy (Pantone matching) and the alignment of the branding on the curved surfaces of the box.

Always implement a Third-Party Inspection (TPI) before the final balance payment. Focus on the 'pull-out' test for tissues to ensure they don't tear easily and the stitching integrity of leather boxes. Using Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service can provide an extra layer of protection by holding payment until the shipping documents are verified.

Since tissue boxes are relatively light but bulky, they are prone to high volumetric weight charges. To optimize costs, request flat-packed packaging for the outer boxes if possible. For large volumes, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical; however, ensure the supplier uses moisture-proof desiccant bags inside the cartons to prevent the paper from absorbing humidity during transit.

For customized car tissue boxes, MOQs usually range from 500 to 1,000 units. Negotiate a tiered pricing structure where the unit price drops by 10-15% as volume increases. Clearly define the Lead Time in the contract, specifying penalties for delays exceeding 7 days to ensure your seasonal promotions or inventory cycles are not disrupted.

Always communicate through official platform channels and avoid making payments to private bank accounts. Insist on Incoterms 2020 definitions (like FOB or CIF) in the Proforma Invoice to clearly delineate where the risk transfers from the seller to the buyer. Verify the supplier's Business License and Export Qualification on the platform to ensure they are a legitimate manufacturer rather than a middleman.
