Bra packaging box manufacturers

For premium lingerie, you should prioritize rigid paperboard (1200-1500gsm) to prevent crushing during transit. The inner lining should use acid-free tissue paper or satin inserts to protect delicate lace and silk from snagging. For eco-conscious brands, FSC-certified recycled kraft paper is highly recommended to meet global sustainability trends.

The box dimensions must be precisely calculated to avoid compressing the cups. We recommend custom corrugated inserts or vacuum-formed plastic trays (PET/RPET) that mirror the bra's contour. Ensure the internal height of the box is at least 10-15% greater than the maximum cup depth to prevent permanent deformation.

To create a luxury feel, utilize Soft Touch lamination, Gold/Rose Gold foil stamping, and Spot UV on the brand logo. For a sensory experience, embossing or debossing can simulate fabric textures. Ensure the supplier uses soy-based inks if you are targeting the European market to comply with environmental standards.

The packaging must clearly display the Country of Origin (COO), recycling symbols (e.g., Mobius loop), and any required barcode formats (EAN/UPC). If the box includes plastic components, it must comply with REACH (EU) or TPCH (US) regulations regarding heavy metals and phthalates.

Packaging boxes are 'volumetric' goods. To optimize costs, choose collapsible (flat-pack) rigid boxes with magnetic closures. This can reduce shipping volume by up to 70%, significantly lowering sea freight and warehousing expenses. Always request a loading simulation report from the supplier to maximize container utilization.

The primary risk is moisture and mold during long-term sea transit. Ensure your supplier uses desiccant silica gel packs in every master carton and utilizes heavy-duty 5-layer corrugated outer cartons with plastic pallet wrapping to protect against humidity and rough handling at ports.

Request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) based on AQL 2.5/4.0 standards. Specifically, define tolerances for color consistency (Delta E < 2.0) and glue adhesion. For large orders, use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure payment is only released after the quality inspection passes.

Before sharing high-resolution design files, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Ensure your brand's trademark is registered in both the sourcing country and the destination country. When sourcing via Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who have a proven track record of manufacturing for international OEM brands.
