Bock ac compressor price manufacturers

When comparing prices, you must verify the displacement (cm³), number of cylinders, and refrigerant compatibility (e.g., R134a, R404a, or CO2). A lower price often indicates a remanufactured unit rather than brand new OEM, so always confirm the production year and originality certification. For bus and rail applications, ensure the model includes integrated oil pumps and K-valve plates for high-load durability.

Ensure the supplier provides CE marking and ISO 9001 certification. For mobile refrigeration, compliance with UN ECE R10 (EMC) is critical. If you are sourcing for the European or North American markets, verify that the compressor meets F-Gas regulations or UL/CSA standards. Prices for ATEX-certified (explosion-proof) models will be significantly higher due to specialized sealing and safety components.

Bock compressors are categorized by application: FK series (vehicle cooling), HG series (stationary refrigeration), and EX-HG (explosion-proof). The FK40 and FK50 series are industry standards for bus air conditioning; prices fluctuate based on shaft seal types and clutch configurations (12V vs 24V). Stationary models for cold storage require frequency inverter compatibility, which may add to the initial procurement cost but reduces long-term energy expenses.

Request a factory inspection report and a unique serial number verification. Authentic Bock units feature distinctive casting marks and nameplates with QR codes. You should also ask for third-party pressure leak test reports and vibration analysis data. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Audited Suppliers who can provide video proof of the unit's internal valve plate condition and oil level clarity.

The primary risks include counterfeit 'look-alike' units, shipping damage to the crankshaft, and customs seizure due to lack of proper refrigerant oil documentation. To mitigate this, use Trade Assurance services and ensure the compressor is shipped without oil (or with a MSDS for the oil) to comply with international air/sea freight safety regulations.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Negotiate for spare parts kits (gaskets, seals, and filters) to be included in the bulk price. For orders exceeding 10 units, aim for a 10-15% discount off the sample price. Request FOB (Free On Board) terms to maintain control over the shipping line, as compressors are heavy and sensitive to moisture; specialized wooden crate packaging should be a non-negotiable requirement.

Compressors must be shipped in upright positions to prevent internal mechanical displacement. Ensure the supplier uses vacuum-sealed plastic wrapping inside fumigated wooden boxes to prevent corrosion during sea transit. For delivery to specific regions, verify the HS Code (typically 841430) to calculate accurate import duties and VAT before finalizing the transaction.

Always conduct transactions through secure payment gateways that offer dispute resolution. Demand a minimum 12-month warranty and clarify the defective goods return policy. Since shipping a heavy compressor back is costly, negotiate for replacement parts and technical video support as the primary method of after-sales service. Check the supplier's transaction history and buyer reviews on Made-in-China.com to assess their reliability.
