Bed cover set manufacturers

When sourcing bed cover sets, prioritize Thread Count (TC) and Fabric Composition. For luxury markets, a thread count of 300-600 TC is ideal, while 200 TC is standard for hospitality. Ensure the material is 100% Long-Staple Cotton for durability, or Microfiber (GSM 90-120) for cost-effective, wrinkle-resistant options. For eco-friendly lines, verify Bamboo fiber or Tencel for superior breathability and moisture-wicking properties.

To ensure market entry and consumer safety, products must hold OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, which guarantees the absence of harmful substances. For the US market, compliance with CPSIA (especially for children's bedding) and flammability standards (16 CFR Part 1610) is essential. For the EU, ensure adherence to REACH regulations regarding chemical dyes.

Request technical data on Colorfastness (Grade 4 or higher) to ensure colors do not bleed during washing. Check for Pilling Resistance ratings and verify the Stitch Density (at least 10-12 stitches per inch) to prevent seam slippage. For sets with zippers, specify YKK or high-quality nylon hidden zippers that can withstand at least 5,000 cycles.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com typically offer OEM/ODM services. You should confirm their ability to provide Private Labeling (woven labels or heat-transfer logos), Custom Packaging (PVC bags with inserts or eco-friendly fabric bags), and Bespoke Sizing to match specific regional dimensions like US King, EU Double, or AU Queen.

Always order a pre-production sample before committing to a bulk order. Utilize Third-Party Inspection services (such as SGS or Intertek) to perform a During Production Check (DUPRO) or a Final Random Inspection (FRI). Focus on checking the GSM (Grams per Square Meter) weight to ensure the fabric thickness matches the agreed specifications.

Negotiate based on Volume Tiers; increasing your order to meet the supplier's Fabric Dyeing MOQ (usually 1,000-1,500 meters per color) can reduce unit costs by 15-25%. Additionally, request tiered pricing for different packaging options and negotiate payment terms such as 30% deposit and 70% against the Bill of Lading (B/L) for established relationships.

Bed cover sets are high-volume but relatively lightweight. Use Vacuum Compression Packaging to reduce the shipping volume by up to 50%, significantly lowering Sea Freight costs. Ensure the outer cartons are 5-layer corrugated cardboard with a waterproof inner liner to protect against humidity and mold during long-distance ocean transit.

Conduct all transactions through Secured Payment systems provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Verify the supplier's Audit Reports and Business License to ensure they are a legitimate factory rather than a small trading company. Look for 'Diamond Members' or 'Audited Suppliers' to ensure a higher level of reliability and professional service.
