Bag for bra manufacturers

When evaluating quality, prioritize multi-layer sandwich mesh fabric (3D spacer mesh) which provides a cushioning effect to prevent wire deformation. Ensure the zipper features a protective elastic cover (zipper garage) to prevent the metal puller from snagging other clothes or damaging the washing machine drum. For high-end markets, look for reinforced plastic frames or 'cages' built into the mesh to maintain the bra's cup shape during high-speed spin cycles.

Products should comply with REACH (EU) or CPSIA (US) regulations, specifically testing for lead, phthalates, and AZO dyes in the mesh and zipper components. If targeting eco-conscious consumers, sourcing suppliers with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification ensures the fabric is free from harmful substances. Additionally, verify colorfastness to washing (ISO 105-C06) to ensure the bag's dye does not bleed onto expensive lingerie.

Request tensile strength test reports for the seams to ensure they won't burst under the weight of water-soaked garments. A high-quality bag should withstand at least 50-100 industrial wash cycles without mesh fraying. It is recommended to ask for samples to check the fineness of the mesh; finer mesh prevents lint transfer, while coarser mesh allows for better water flow and detergent penetration.

Standard sizes usually range from 15x15cm to 18x17cm, but for plus-size markets (D cup and above), you must source cylindrical or dome-shaped bags with larger volumes. Usage scenarios include home laundry care, travel storage, and delicate garment protection. Offering a 'set' (e.g., 3 different sizes) is a proven strategy to increase the Average Order Value (AOV) for retail-focused buyers.

Always use secure payment methods and consider third-party inspection services before final payment. On Made-in-China.com, look for Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site verification by independent inspection companies like SGS or Bureau Veritas. This reduces the risk of dealing with 'trading shells' rather than actual manufacturers.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for customized packaging (private labeling) and lower MOQs for trial orders to test market response. If you are planning high-volume orders, ask for a tiered pricing structure where the unit price drops significantly at the 5,000 and 10,000-unit thresholds.

Since bra bags are lightweight but bulky, vacuum packaging is a critical requirement to reduce volume and save on freight costs. For small to medium batches, Air Express (DDP) is efficient for door-to-door delivery. For large-scale wholesale, Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical, provided you account for a 30-45 day lead time.

The most common pitfall is zipper failure and seam slippage. Ensure your purchase contract specifies the zipper brand or quality grade (e.g., YKK or high-quality local equivalents). Another risk is incorrect HS Code classification; ensure the goods are classified under 6307.90 (Other made-up textile articles) to avoid unexpected customs delays or duty hikes.
