Air cooler fan blade manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize aerodynamic design and material integrity. Key specs include blade diameter, pitch angle, and bore size. For durability, look for UV-resistant ABS plastic or corrosion-resistant aluminum alloys. Ensure the blades are dynamically balanced to G2.5 or G6.3 standards to prevent excessive vibration, which can lead to motor failure and noise pollution.

Verify that the manufacturer complies with ISO 9001 for quality management. For electrical appliance integration, blades should meet UL 507 (electric fans) or CE marking requirements for the European market. Additionally, check for RoHS compliance to ensure the materials are free from hazardous substances like lead or cadmium, which is essential for global market entry.

Efficiency is determined by the number of blades (typically 3 to 7) and the blade profile. More blades generally provide higher static pressure but may increase noise. Look for bionic or winglet designs that reduce air turbulence. Noise levels should ideally be kept below 60-65 dB for commercial environments, achieved through precision molding and smooth surface finishes.

Yes, most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. You should provide CAD drawings or 3D models to ensure the hub diameter and shaft attachment method (e.g., D-shaft, keyway, or set screw) perfectly match your existing motor. Customization of color and branding is also common for bulk orders exceeding 500-1,000 units.

The biggest risks are material brittleness and deformation during transit. Mitigate this by requesting material test reports (tensile strength and impact resistance). Ensure the supplier uses reinforced export packaging with custom foam inserts to prevent the blades from warping under pressure. Always use Trade Assurance services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until quality is verified.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. For high-volume orders (e.g., >5,000 units), you can typically negotiate a 10-20% discount. If you are a startup, look for suppliers offering low MOQs (e.g., 100 units) for trial runs. Discuss tooling costs upfront; many suppliers will refund the mold fee once your cumulative order volume reaches a specific threshold.

For large volumes, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) is the most economical, but ensure the container is moisture-controlled to prevent oxidation of metal parts. For urgent samples, Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is preferred. When shipping to the US or EU, clarify the Incoterms (FOB or DDP) to understand who handles customs clearance and import duties (e.g., Section 301 tariffs for US buyers).

Prioritize Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone third-party verification by agencies like SGS or Bureau Veritas. Request a factory walk-through via video call to inspect their injection molding machines and balancing equipment. Ask for references from previous international clients to gauge their reliability in meeting lead times.
