Air conditioner cleaning kit manufacturers

A comprehensive kit must include a waterproof cleaning cover (wash bag) with a drainage outlet, a high-pressure spray bottle or electric pump, specialized fin combs for straightening evaporator coils, and various detailing brushes. For B2B buyers, ensuring the drainage hose length is at least 2-3 meters is critical for operational efficiency in diverse building layouts.

The cover should be made of double-sided waterproof PVC-coated fabric or heavy-duty nylon with reinforced stitching to prevent leakage. Look for elastic stretching limits that accommodate multiple unit sizes (e.g., 1-1.5P and 2-3P models). The inclusion of a cord fastener to tighten the cover around the unit is a key feature for preventing wall damage during the wash process.

If the kit includes cleaning agents, they must comply with REACH or RoHS standards to ensure they are non-corrosive to aluminum fins and copper pipes. For international shipping, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) documentation is mandatory. Many professional buyers prefer sourcing the hardware tools separately from chemicals to avoid hazardous goods shipping surcharges and customs delays.

The fin comb must be made of stainless steel or high-grade ABS to ensure it doesn't snap during use. For electric sprayers, prioritize lithium-ion battery endurance (at least 45-60 minutes) and adjustable nozzle pressure to avoid flattening the delicate aluminum fins of the evaporator.

Request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to verify the waterproof integrity of the wash bags. Utilize Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service to ensure payment is only released once the goods meet the agreed-upon specifications. Always ask for a sample video showing the pressure capacity of any included pumps.

Since cleaning kits are relatively bulky but lightweight, Sea Freight (LCL) is recommended for bulk orders to minimize the volumetric weight charges associated with air courier services. Ensure the supplier uses 5-layer corrugated export cartons with internal padding to prevent the plastic components from cracking during transit.

For orders exceeding 500-1,000 units, negotiate for custom logo printing on the storage bag and personalized instruction manuals in the destination country's language. This adds significant retail value. Aim for a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment against the Bill of Lading (B/L) to maintain leverage.

Be aware of anti-dumping duties or specific import tariffs on plastic goods in your region. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (CO), which may qualify the shipment for preferential tariff rates under specific free trade agreements.
