90w led beam manufacturers

When sourcing a 90W LED Beam, prioritize the Luminous Flux (Lumens) and Beam Angle. A high-quality 90W LED should offer a sharp, concentrated beam, typically between 2 to 5 degrees. Ensure the light source is a genuine high-output LED chip (such as Luminus or Osram) to guarantee brightness and a lifespan of 50,000+ hours. Additionally, check the XY axis movement speed and precision; look for 16-bit fine tuning to ensure smooth, jitter-free positioning during professional stage performances.

For global markets, the product must carry CE and RoHS certifications to ensure electrical safety and environmental compliance. If you are exporting to the US market, UL or ETL listing is highly recommended for insurance and venue safety requirements. For the European market, ensure the device meets LVD (Low Voltage Directive) and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) standards to prevent interference with other electronic stage equipment.

LED longevity is directly tied to heat dissipation. Look for fixtures equipped with thickened aluminum heat sinks and temperature-controlled silent fans. A high-quality 90W Beam should have an automatic power-off protection mechanism if the internal temperature exceeds a safe threshold. For the outer shell, flame-retardant engineering plastics or die-cast aluminum are preferred for durability in touring environments.

The fixture must support DMX512 protocol, typically requiring 10 to 16 channels for full control over pan/tilt, color wheels, gobo wheels, prisms, and dimming. Verify if it includes a rotating 3-facet or 8-facet prism to create mid-air effects. For ease of use, ensure the unit features Sound Active, Master-Slave, and Auto-Run modes, along with an LCD or LED display control panel for manual addressing.

Stage lighting is precision equipment sensitive to vibration. Always insist on Flight Case packaging for bulk orders or double-layered corrugated boxes with high-density pearl cotton (EPE) inserts for smaller shipments. Request the supplier to perform a 48-hour aging test and provide a video of the specific units being packed to ensure they are functional before leaving the factory.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for spare parts (such as extra fans, motors, or motherboards) to be included in the shipment, which is often more valuable than a 2% price discount. For first-time buyers, use Trade Resources or Secure Payment services provided by the platform to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment.

Specify the required input voltage (typically Wide Voltage AC100-240V, 50/60Hz) and the specific power plug type (EU, US, UK, or AU) in the Proforma Invoice. For professional use, request PowerCon input/output connectors, which allow for daisy-chaining power between multiple units, reducing cable clutter on stage.

Be aware of Dimensional Weight (DIM weight) charges; lighting fixtures are often bulky. Compare Sea Freight (LCL) for cost-efficiency versus Air Express (DHL/FedEx) for speed. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin to help you benefit from preferential tariffs under specific trade agreements, and always verify the HS Code (typically 940542) to calculate accurate import duties.
