150cm sex doll manufacturers

When sourcing a 150cm doll, the material choice impacts both cost and durability. TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is the most common choice due to its soft, realistic skin-like texture and lower price point, though it is porous and requires regular powdering. Silicone is a premium alternative that is non-porous, heat-resistant, and easier to sanitize, making it ideal for high-end retail markets, although it is less elastic than TPE.

A high-quality 150cm doll must feature a reinforced stainless steel or aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis articulated joints. This ensures the doll can maintain various poses without the frame snapping. Buyers should confirm the load-bearing capacity of the joints and ensure the skeleton is wrapped in high-density foam to prevent the metal frame from piercing the outer skin.

Safety is paramount in adult products. Ensure the manufacturer provides REACH or RoHS certification to guarantee the materials are free from harmful phthalates, lead, and heavy metals. For dolls with electronic heating or vibration functions, CE and FCC certifications are required to ensure electrical safety and battery stability.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com often offer customization for eye color, wig style, skin tone, and makeup. To ensure quality, request high-resolution unedited photos or videos of the actual production unit rather than relying solely on rendered marketing images. Pay close attention to the detail of the hands, feet, and facial features.

To avoid customs issues and protect buyer privacy, request discreet, neutral packaging (plain brown boxes) with no mention of the contents. The doll should be securely fastened inside the box with foam inserts to prevent the heavy internal skeleton from shifting and damaging the skin during long-haul sea or air freight.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. Buyers must verify if their local customs office classifies these items as 'prohibited materials' or 'adult toys'. It is recommended to use an experienced freight forwarder who understands the specific HS Code classification to avoid seizures or heavy fines at the border.

For B2B buyers, focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume. Since a 150cm doll is heavy (typically 25-35kg), shipping costs are high; negotiate for FOB (Free On Board) terms if you have your own logistics partner, or ask for bulk shipping discounts if ordering more than 5-10 units. Always request a sample at a discounted rate before committing to a full container load.

To mitigate risk, always conduct transactions through secured payment channels provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Utilize Trade Assurance services to ensure that payment is only released to the supplier once third-party inspection confirms the goods meet the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards.
